TheymovedtoGreeneCounty,Tennesseesoonafterthedivorce.TheFatherenjoyedreasonablevisitationwiththechildren. MothermarriedRussellWexlerbywhomshehadachild.Thismarriagewasofshortduration,adivorcebecamefinalSeptember25,1995.CustodyoftheϜWexlerchildwasawardedtoMr.Wexlerandisnotanissueinthiscase. Mother,withhertwochildrenbyBersch,continuedtoresideintheWexlerresidence.Thepartiesagreethatitwashewhoprovidedpracticallyallofthecareofthechildren. MotherandWexlerengagedinaheatedargumentonSeptember28,1995.Sheleftthehouseandthechildrenwithoutrevealingherdestination.Attrialshetestifiedthatshehadabaddayandwenttoafemalefriendshouse,butitdevelopedthatshewenttothehouseofMcNeesewhomshehadbeendatingwhilemarriedtoWexler.ShesubsequentlymarriedMcNeese,herfifthhusband. WhenFatherlearnedoftheeventofSeptember28,1995,hefileda MotionforEmergencyCustodyintheChanceryCourt,seekingtemporarycustodyofthechildren.OnOctober2,1995,theCircuitJudge,byinterchange,foundamaterialchangeincircumstancesandawardedtemporarycustodytotheFather.AcustodypendentelitehearingwassetforOctober9,1995. Thecustodypendentelitehearingwasheldasscheduled,requiringseveralhoursoftestimony.ThematterwastakenunderadvisementuntilOctober27,1995whentheCourtenteredanordergranting jointlegalcustodypendentelitetobothparents.FatherwasawardedcustodyfromSundayeveningtoFriday,withMotherhavingthechildrenonweekends.Counselingwasorderedforthechildren. OnOctober30,1995,Fatherpetitionedforachangeincustody,allegingamaterialchangeincircumstanceshadoccurredsincethetimeofthedivorceandspecifyingfortyfivespecificinstancesreflectingadverselyontheMotherssuitabilitytohavecontinuedcustody. AtrialonthemeritsofthepetitionwasheldonJanuary29,1996.JudgmentwasenteredonApril30,1996,findingachangeincircumstancesandawardingcustodytoFather.Motherwasawardedvisitationinaccordancewithapriororder,butissuesofsupportandthevisitationschedulewerereserved.Thereafter,beforeadifferenttrialjudge,thesupportobligationofMotherwasorderedtocommenceasofApril29,1996,andavisitationschedulewasarranged. Motherappeals,presentingfourissuesforreview,whichmaybeϜcumulativelyconsideredaswhetherthecourterredinchangingthecustodyofthechildren.Fatherappeals,presentingforreviewtheissuesof(1)whethersupportshouldhavecommencedonOctober2,1995and(2)whetherthevisitationscheduleimproperlydenieshimweekendcompanionshipwiththechildren. Ourreviewisdenovoontherecord,accompaniedbythepresumptionthatthetrialcourtsfindingsoffactarecorrectunlesstheevidenceotherwisepreponderates.Tenn.R.App.P.13(d).Sinceallofthenumerouswitnessestestifiedinopencourt,thetrialjudgesdeterminationofcredibilityofthesewitnessesiswellnighconclusive.Wallsv.MagnoliaTruckLines,622S.W.2d526,528(Tenn.1981). TherewassubstantialtestimonyofferedastotheinstabilityandessentialirresponsibilityofMother,whoapparentlydoesnotlookuponmarriagewithanysemblanceofsincerity,since,atage35,sheiscurrentlymarriedtoherfifthhusband.WhilemarriedtoWexler,shewasdatingherpresenthusband;shewascontentforWexlertohavethecareofherchildrenwhileshepursuedotherinterests;shemadenoefforttodisciplinethechildrenallowingthemto runwild,andmadenoefforttotendthechildreninWexlersabsence.Ontheoccasionpreviouslymentioned,shedesertedthechildrenforherparamourscompanyandapparentlyperjuredherselfwhencalledupontoexplain.ThetrialjudgefoundachangeofcircumstanceswarrantingmodificationofcustodyinaccordancewiththeteachingofMusselmanv.Acuff,826S.W.2d920(Tenn.Ct.App.1991),andwefindthepreponderanceoftheevidencesupportsthefindingofthetrialjudge.
