Thetrialjudgefoundasafactthat: 0    Theseparatepropertyownedbythedefendantpriortothepartiesmarriagehasincreasedinvalue,asevidencedbythebalancesheetsintroducedbythedefendantintoevidence,andtheincreaseinvalueconstitutesmaritalpropertysubjecttoanequitabledivisionbytheCourt.    Basedonthatfindingthejudgeawardedajudgmentagainstthehusbandfor$50,000,whichrepresented anequitabledivisionofthemaritalestate.@ II.   Thehusbandassertsthatthebalancesheetsandtaxreturnsintherecordrefutethejudgesfindings.Foundintherecordarecertaindocuments,markedasexhibits,withthedateandtimeforfilingnotedbytheclerkandmaster.Thedatecorrespondstothedateofthetrial,buttheappellantdidnotfileatranscriptoftheevidenceandthedocumentsarenotauthenticatedbythetrialjudge.SincetheappellantmadenoefforttocomplywithRule24,Tenn.R.App.Proc.,theautomaticauthenticationprovidedinRule24(f)doesnotapply.Therefore,weareoftheopinionthatthedocumentscannotbeconsidered.  Withoutanyevidentiaryrecordthereisnowaytodetermineiftheevidencepreponderatesagainstthechancellorsfindingsoffact.SeeRule13(d),Tenn.R.App.Proc.Instead,wearerequiredtopresumethattheevidence,ifithadbeenpreserved,wouldsupportthechancellorsfactualfindings.Sherrodv.Wix,849S.W.2d780(Tenn.App.1992).  Evenifthedocumentsintherecordcouldbeconsidered,wewouldstillhavetoapplythesamepresumption.Apartialevidentiaryrecordwouldnotexcludethepossibilitythatotherevidencetiltedthebalanceinfavorofthechancellorsfindings.
