Theplaintiffs'relianceonErwinBilliardParlorv.Buckner,156Tenn.278,300S.W.565(1927)ismisplaced.Inthatcasetheplaintiffsweretheownersandoperatorsofalegalbusinessthatwouldbeclosedbytheoperationofthestatuteinquestion.Theirinterestsweredifferentfromtheinterestsofthepublicatlarge.Theyhadarightunderpresentlyexistingfactstochallengetheconstitutionalityofthestatute.
