WalterDickmanallegesthattheelectricfurnacehewasrepairingwhenhewaselectrocutedwasdangerousanddefectiveeitherbecauseitwasimproperlywiredorbecausethebreakersassociatedwiththefurnaceweremislabeled.ThemanufacturerandsellerofthemobilehomeinwhichtheheaterhadbeeninstalledassertedthatMr.Dickmanwasresponsibleforhisowninjuriesbecausehefailedtotakeadequateprecautionstoassurethattheelectriccurrenttotheheaterwasturnedoffbeforehebeganworkingonit. ThecourthasnotedthattheaffidavitstouchingontheseissuespaintanincompleteandunsatisfactorypictureofthecauseofMr.Dickmansinjuries.TheadequacyofMr.Dickmansprecautionsbeforeworkingontheheaterdependupontheconfigurationofthewiringinthemobilehomeandtheheateritself.Noneoftheaffidavitsprovideacompleteandclearpictureofthewiring,andthuswecannotconcludebasedontheseaffidavitsthatMr.Dickmanwasnegligentwhenhebegantorepairthefurnaceafterverifyingthatthehomeownerhadturnedoffthebreakerlabeled heat.      ____________________________      WILLIAMC.KOCH,JR.,JUDGE
