S    Appellatereviewisrestricted.Wecannotsubstituteourjudgmentforthatofthetrialjudge,andwearenotauthorizedtotrythecasedenovo.Ourfunctionistoreviewtherecorddenovowiththepresumptionthatthejudgmentiscorrectunlesstheevidencepreponderatesagainstit.Tenn.R.App.P.,Rule13(d).Correlativetothisruleistheestablishedlegalprinciplethatthetrialjudgeistheexclusivejudgeofthecredibilityofthewitnesses.See,Wallsv.MagnoliaTruckLines,Inc.,622S.W.%  2d526(Tenn.1981). Theplaintifftestifiedthatheandhisbrotherbecameinvolvedinaheatedargumentinaparkinglot,duringthecourseofwhichhisbrotherwenttohiscarandreturnedtotheverbalfraywithwhattheplaintiffthoughtwasapistol.Hethereforeprocuredthearrestofthedefendantforassaultinghimwithafirearm.ThecasewasdismissedintheGeneralSessionsCourt.
