Atthetimeoftheaccident,DefendantwasnotonoraboutthebusinessofCompany.CompanyallowedDefendanttousethevehiclehewasdrivingforbusinessandpersonalpurposes. @ LAW̜  Plaintiffmakesthefollowingargumentsonappeal:thatDefendantsattorneymisrepresentedPlaintiffsmedicalrecordstothejury,thatPlaintiffdoesnotrecallcertainportionsofDr.Rosenweigsdepositionbeingreadtothejury,thatPlaintiffsattorneyfailedtoobjecttotheadmissionintoevidenceofmedicalrecordsshowingthatPlaintiffwashumanimmunodeficiencyvirus( HIV)positive,thatPlaintiffsattorneyfailedtoobtainevidenceshowingthatcertainstatementsmadebyDefendantsattorneywerefalse,thatDefendantsattorneyactedfraudulentlyinfailingtostatethereasonthatPlaintiffcouldnotwalkformorethantenminutesatatimewhenhepresentedthisfacttothejury,thatDefendantsattorneyactedfraudulentlyinnotmakingitcleartothejurorsthatPlaintiffhadtoldsomeofhistreatingphysiciansabouthisHIVpositivestatus,thatPlaintiffsVeteranAdministrationmedicalrecordscontainedincompleteandmisleadinginformation,thatPlaintiffsattorneyerredinnotpresentingevidencetothejuryexplainingwhycertainmedicalfactsaboutPlaintiffwerenotcontainedinhisVeteransAdministrationmedicalrecords,thatDefendantsattorneyactedfraudulentlyinnotquestioningPlaintiffabouthismedicalhistorybeforeDefendantsattorneypresentedPlaintiffsmedicalhistorytothejury,thatDefendantsattorneyactedfraudulentlyinallegingthatPlaintiffsweightlossanddroopingshouldercouldhavebeencausedbyacquiredimmunedeficiencysyndrome( AIDS),andthatDefendantsattorneyactedfraudulentlyinnotstatingthatPlaintiffsweightlossoccurredduetoPlaintiffsirritablebowelsyndromeinaccordancewithPlaintiffsmedicalrecords.
