Thepartiesweredivorcedin1978,withanawardofalimonyof$3,500.00permonthtothewife.In1986theCourtorderedareductionofthealimonyto$2,580.00permonth.  Thepetitiongivingrisetothisappealwasfiledin1995,andrespondingtothepetitionafteranevidentiaryhearing,theTrialCourt,inarrivingathisjudgment,said:0 0 WedonotethatthelasttouchingofthisfilewasonNovember13,1985,atwhichtimethehusbandearnedsome$224,800.00.Wearenotabletomakeafindingoffactastoexpensesatthattime.Henowearnssome$121,000.00 ,   ׀andhisexpensesrunsome$12,000.00to$13,000.00amonth.  TheCourt,afterdiscussingtherelativefinancialcircumstancesoftheparties,concluded:0 0 Thiscasehasmeritonbothsidesasyoucantellfromtheforegoingholdingsandfindings.Therehasbeenamaterialchangeofcircumstancesinthehusbandsincome,inthatthehusbandsincomehasreducedsignificantly,suchthatthereshouldbeamodification.TheTrialJudgethenreducedthealimonyto$2,000.00amonth.  Weconcludethattherenderingofaformalopinionwouldhavenopresidentialvalue,andweconcurinthefactsasfoundorasfoundbynecessaryimplicationbytheTrialCourt,andnoreversibleerroroflawappearing,weaffirmthejudgmentoftheTrialCourtpursuanttoRule10ofthisCourt.
