IntheComplaint,Plaintiffsassertedgeneral,vagueandnonspecificviolationsoftheTennesseeOpenMeetingsAct.TheTrialCourt,attheconclusionoftheDistrictAttorneyGeneral'sabuseofdiscretionevidentiaryhearingstatedtothePlaintiffs'attorneythattherewereotherportionsoftheComplaintyettobedealtwith,includingOpenMeetingActviolations.DefendantsindicatedtotheCourttheirunderstandingthatallactscomplainedofhadoccurredduringpriortermsinofficeofDefendants.Itwasindicatedthatdiscoverywasscheduledforthenextweek.Subsequently,Plaintiffs'counselrepresentedthattherewerenofurtherissuestolitigate,andthatanOrderofDismissalshouldbeenteredsothatanappealcouldbetaken.AnyunresolvedissueswerethusvoluntarilywaivedbyPlaintiffs.̛
