TheonlyissuepresentedtothisCourtbytheappellantreadsasfollows:Ӝ  TheTrialCourterredinoverrulingpetitionersmotionfor  enlargementoftimeforfilingandthendismissingthepetition  forthewritofcertiorariforfailuretotimelyfile.ӛ   ThepetitionforcertiorariwasfiledwiththeTrialCourtonMay1,1996.ItdoesnotstatethedateoftheorderoftheParoleBoardtobereviewed. TheBoardfiledamotiontodismissonthegroundthatthepetitionwasnotfiledwiththeTrialCourtwithin60daysaftertheactiontobereviewedasrequiredbyT.C.A.279102.ThemotionwassupportedbyaffidavitidentifyingacertainrecordoftheParoleBoardentitled NoticeofBoardActionParoleReleaseHearing.Theonlyintelligibleinformationappearingonsaidsheetistheidentificationofplaintiff,threewords DeclineReview135,S001YP.S.,threeinitialsdated12496,12696,and2596andaseparateinitialdated2596.Whilethesheetjustdescribedmaybemoreinformativetooneknowledgeableofitscode,itisvirtuallyworthlesstotheuninitiated.Presumably,itisintendedasevidencethattheactionoftheBoardtookplaceonFebruary5,1996.Ifso,thecomplaint,filedonMay1,1996,wasuntimely.̜ ThepetitionadmitsthattheBoardsdecisionwasenteredonFebruary5,1996,butclaimsthatpetitionerdidnotreceivenoticeofthedecision untilFebruary.However,thereisnoswornevidencetosupportthelatterclaim.̛̜ Asabovestated,plaintiffssolecomplaintonappealisthatthe60daytimelimitationof279102,wasnotextended.TheextensionwasnotrequesteduntilSeptember17,1996,sevenmonthsafterthedateoftheordertobereviewed,andfivemonthsaftertheexpirationofthestatutorytimeforfilingpetitionforreview. Petitionerclaimsthathis jailhouselawyerexcludedweekendsandnonbusinessdaysincomputingthatthe60dayperiodforfilingpetitionforreviewextendedtoMay10,1996.Unfortunatelyforplaintiff,theopinionofthejailhouselawyerwasincorrect.AmuchmorereliablesourceofinformationonappellateprocedureisTennesseeRulesofAppellateprocedure,whichisdoubtlessavailabletoplaintiff. PlaintiffalsoclaimsthathispetitionwaspostmarkedMay10,1996,butthisstatementisnotsupportedbyevidence. Sincethepetitionandmotionforenlargementadmitfactsshowingthatthepetitionwasuntimely,ajudgmentofdismissalwasinorder.Thandiwev.Traughber,Tenn.App.1994,909S.W.2d802,803804.̛̜ ThejudgmentoftheTrialCourtisaffirmed.Costsofthisappealaretaxedagainsttheplaintiff.ThecauseisremandedtotheTrialCourtfornecessaryfurtherprocedure.
