TheaffidavitstatesfurtherthatthepetitionerwassentencedJune23,1983,inMadison ` CountyCriminalCourtonthreedifferentcaseseachassigneda20yearsentencewhichsentences L  wereorderedtorunconcurrentlywitheachotherand193daysofpretrialjailcreditwasappliedto 8  eachofthecases.Nopretrialbehaviorcreditwasappliedtowardthecalculationbecausethestatute $ t awardingpretrialbehaviorcreditdidnotbecomeeffectiveuntil1989.  `   TheaffidavitofFayeClaudfurtherestablishesthatthepetitionerwassentencedagainonJuly  8  11,1983,toanadditionalsentenceofoneyearforarsoninMadisonCountyCriminalCourt.The $  latestsentencewasorderedconsecutivetothe20yearsimposedinthepriorthreecasesforatrial   sentencestructureof21years.Pretrialjailcreditwasawardedtowardtheconsecutivesentence   beginningMay13,1983,andendingJune22,1983,foratotalof41days.Thepetitionerwasthen   releasedtoparolesupervisioneffectiveApril18,1990,andhewasrevokedfromparoleeffective   November26,1991. p   Withrespecttothepetitionerssecondcontentionthatheisentitledto165daysofcreditfor H thetimeheservedintheGibsonCountyjail,theaffidavitofFayeClaudestablishesthattherecords 4 oftheDepartmentofCorrectionreflectthatMr.RosswasconfinedintheGibsonCountyjailfrom  p June4,1991,untilhewasreturnedtotheMark_Luttrell_ԀReceptionCenteronMay1,1992.Notime  \ wastakenfortheparoleviolationandalltimespentinjailinGibsonCountywascountedastime H servedonthesentencesthathewasparoledon.However,noadditionalcreditwasallowedforthe 4 timeincustodypendingreturntotheDepartmentofCorrection.Thepetitionerbecameeligibleto   earnsentencereductioncreditsaftertheparolerevocationonNovember26,1991.Departmentof   CorrectionrecordsshowtheGibsonCountyjailsubmitted14daysprogramcreditsfortheMarch  1992creditmonth.Inadditiontotheprogramcredits,22daysofbehaviorcreditswereappliedto  thecalculationby_TDOC_,givingatotalof36dayssentencereductioncreditsforthetimeincustody  aftertheparolerevocation.TheGibsonCountyjailauthoritieshaveforwardednoadditionalcredits l totheDepartmentofCorrectionandhavenotstatedanyparticulartimeframesandamountsof X  creditstobeappliedtowardthecalculation.
