Rehabilitativealimonyisaseparateclassofspousalsupport,asdistinguishedfromperiodic,orinfuturo,alimony,andwherethereissuchrelativeeconomicdisadvantagethatrehabilitationisnotfeasibleinconsiderationofalltherelevantfactors,thecourtisauthorizedtoordersupportandmaintenanceonalongtermbasis.Tenn.CodeAnn.365101(d)(1).Ahostoffactorsarerequiredtobeconsideredinmakingtheaward,includingtheagesoftheparties,durationofthemarriage,physicalandmentalcondition,relativeearningcapacity,needsandtheabilitytopay.Selfv.Self,861S.W.2d360,361(Tenn.1993).  II    Thepartiesweremarriedin1969,inLondon.Theappellantwas23yearsold,aswededuce;therecorddoesnotrevealtheageoftheappellee.Theyhavetwochildren,bothofage. Theappellantcompletedherschoolingatage15.Sheworkedasahairdresserbeforemarriageandhasnosignificantjobskills.Sheistrainingasamasseuse. SheandherhusbandresidedinEnglandforsixweeksbeforemovingtotheUnitedStates.Duringthenextquartercentury,theyresidedinvariouscitiesinthiscountry,inHollandandinSouthAfrica,wheretheappelleefollowedhisengineeringprofession.Theappellantsaysthatshesuffersfromdepression,butofferedlimitedproofofthefact.Shehasbeentreatedatvariousfacilitiesforseveralyearsandsaysthatonoccasionsheisemotionallydrained.Theappelleereadilyagreedthathiswifewasill,hadrequiredtreatmentinthepastandwouldlikelycontinuetorequiretreatment. Theappellanthasnoincomepresently.Areasonablelivingstandardlessthanthemaritalonerequiresfundsofabout$2,000.00monthly.Theappellee'sincomeasaprojectengineerfortheOlinCorporationisbetween$90,000.00and$100,000.00yearly.Takingintoconsideration,ontheonehand,theageoftheappellant,thedurationofthemarriage,hermentalcondition,limitedearningcapacityandherneedsand,ontheotherhand,theearningcapacityandincomeoftheappellee,wethinkthealimonyawardshouldbeincreasedto$1500.00,andawardedasperiodic,ratherthanasrehabilitative.Thejudgmentwillbeamendedaccordingly.
