AppelleesrelianceonEnglandv.Fleetguard,Inc.,878F.Supp.1058(M.D.Tenn.1995),forthepropositionthatthechargesoffraudwouldbepreemptedbytheTennesseeHumanRightsAct(THRA),ismisplaced.Fleetguardheldthatthestatutoryremedieswerethesoleandexclusiveremediesavailabletoanemployeeclaimingaretaliatorydischargeonthebasisofreligiousdiscrimination.TheActappliestodiscriminationontheonthebasisofrace,creed,color,religion,sex,ageornationaloriginbutwouldnotapplytoretaliatorydischargeforrefusingtogoalongwithfraud )   .
