ThepetitionforvisitationrightsrecitesthatMr.Stampsispresentlyincarceratedandasksthathisdaughterbebroughttohisplaceofincarcerationatleastonceeverysixmonthsandthathisfather,whoresidesinMidland,Texas,beawardedvisitationwiththechildfortwoweekseveryyear. Thetrialcourtsjudgmentdismissingthepetitionrecitesthattheplaintiff,Ms.Stamps,testifiedatthehearingandfurtherrecitesthat8  TheCourtfurtherfindsthattheplaintiffandthepartiesminorchild,GenniferLynnStamps,haveresidedoutsidetheStateofTennesseeforapproximatelytwoyears,thattheycontinuetoresideoutsideofTennessee,thatTennesseeisnolongerthe homestateofthepartiesminorchild,JenniferLynnStamps,andthatthisCourtnolongerhasjurisdictiontoentertainthedefendantsinitial PetitionforVisitationRights. Appellantpresentsasanadditionalissue [w]hetherthetrialcourtshouldhavenotifiedMr.StampsofMrs.Stampsaddresssothathecouldfilemotionincourtthatdidhavejurisdiction?.Wedonotviewthatastheresponsibilityofthetrialcourt.TherecordinthismatterisapublicrecordandMr.Stampswouldbeentitledtoanyinformationalongtheselinescontainedtherein.WenotethatthejudgmentofdivorcerecitesthatPlaintiff,Mrs.Stamps,beorderedtokeepherthenattorney,BartonF.Robison,apprisedofhercurrentaddress.TherecordindicatesthatMr.Robisonwasnolongerrepresentingheratthetimeofthehearingwhichresultedinthisappeal.
