In1982and1986,MotherpetitionedtheGreeneCountyChanceryCourttomodifythecustodyarrangementseekingcustodyofRebecca.Onbothoccasions,theTrialCourtorderedthatthepaternalgrandparentsshouldretaincustodyofRebecca.ThismostrecentpetitionwasfiledinFebruary1997.Motheragainsoughtthecare,custodyandcontrolofRebecca.Atthetimeofthehearingonthispetition,Rebeccawas20yearsold.% Y ̜   ` FatherandGrandparentsrespondedtothepetitionbymovingtheCourttodismissthepetitiononthebasisthatthepetitionfailedtostateaclaimuponwhichreliefcouldbegrantedinthatRebeccawasalegaladult.Therefore,thiswas .%0 notachildcustodymattersincethechildcustodystatutesonlyappliedtominors.   ` ShortlyafterMotherfiledthepetitiontomodifycustody,FatherandGrandparentsfiledapetitionseekingtohavetheGrandparentsappointedascoconservatorsofthepersonandpropertyofRebecca.     `
