Inlightoftheevidencethatwasintroducedattrialregardingtheappellantssalaryandassets  andthefactthattheappellanthasfailedtoestablishthattheresultofthetrialwouldhavebeen  differentifhehadbeengrantedacontinuance,wecannotfindthatthetrialcourtabuseditsdiscretion  inrefusingtogranttheappellantsrequestforacontinuance.SeeCityofMorristownv.Sauls,457 l S.W.2d601,603(Tenn.Ct.App.1969).
