OnMay11,1995,Mr.Anthony $ t returnedtoDr.Barnett,againcomplainingofbackpain,butnoxraysorCATscanswereperformed  ` duetocostandthelackofinsurance.   L    Mr.Anthonyadmitstopriorbacktrouble,butclaimsthatthepreponderanceofevidence $  provesthecollisioncausedtheherniateddiskatL5,oratleastanaggravationofbackinjuries.As   experttestimony,heofferedintoevidencetestimonyofDr.Barnett,aneurosurgeon.Mr.Holland   offeredtestimonyofDr.Eugene_Appel_,atraumasurgeonandmechanicalengineer.
