P    InresponsetotheCity'samendments,threeadditionallandowners,whosepropertywas 0  withintheoriginalannexationordinance,movedtobepermittedtointervene.  p    TheTrialCourtdismissedtheoriginalcomplaint,findingthattheRealtorshadnostanding P  tocontesttheannexationanddeniedthemotiontointervene,findingthatobjectiontotheannexation @  musthavebeenwithin30daysofpassageoftheoriginalordinances.T.C.A.651103(a). 0    TheRealtorsappealinsistingtheirrighttocontesttheannexationwasnotprecludedby  excludingtheirpropertyfromtheordinancesrepealingtheearlierones.CounselfortheRealtors,  however,didconcedeinoralargumentthathadtheinitialordinancesnotincludedtheirproperty  theywouldhavenostandingtocontest.Weareoftheopinionthattheordinancesultimately  adoptedrequirethesameresult.
