WifefiledsuitfordivorceonApril28,1997,alleginginappropriatemaritalconducttogetherwithothergroundsfordivorce.Shesoughtcustodyoftheminorchildren,childsupport,equitabledistributionofmaritalpropertyincludingequitabledebtdistribution,spousalsupportandattorneyfees. Followingapositiveresultfromacocainedrugscreenofthehusband,thecourtenteredonMay15,1997,atemporarysupportordersetting$200.00perweekaschildsupport. ThepartiesattemptedareconciliationandenteredanagreedordertothateffectJuly31,1997.ThisorderwassubsequentlysetasidebythecourtonDecember29,1997.ThatDecemberorderreadsinpertinentpart:  Q.4,X4` hDp x ,XXDpXQThiscausecameontobeheard...uponmotionof...Wife...tosetasidetheOrderofReconciliationandawardher &+"( exclusivepossessionofthepartieshomeplace,aswellassupport.ItwasannouncedinopenCourtthattheissuesofexclusivepossessionofthehomeplaceandsupportarestrickenfromthemotionatthepresenttime,therefore,theCourtherebysetsasidetheOrderofReconciliationandthis 5,'- matterisplacedbackontheCourtsactivedocket. ThecasewastriedonApril30,1998,andonMay15,1998afinaldecreeofdivorcewasenteredassessingfaulttotheHusbandonthebasisofinappropriatemaritalconductandgrantingdivorcetotheWife.Custodyofthe  9]4< minorchildrenwasvestedintheWifesubjecttoreasonablevisitationprivilegesandthechildsupportwassetat$200.00perweek,baseduponearningcapacityorearningsoftheHusbandequalto$2,700.00permonthnet.VisitationfortheHusbandwassetandmaritalpropertyanddebtallocated,alongwithagrantofalimonyinsolidototheWife,togetherwithattorneyfees.  KarlDavisBradleyappealsandasksforappellatereviewof"...theawardofalimony,propertydivision,andallocationofdebt.Allotherrulingsofthetrialcourtareunchallenged."       Duringthependencyoftheappeal,GinaLeeBradleyfiledapetitionandwassubsequentlygrantedadischargeinUnitedStatesBankruptcyCourt.Thestayorderhavingbeenliftedfollowingthedischarge,GinaLeeBradleyisbeforethisCourtprose.  KarlDavisBradleywasaresidentialbuildingcontractorandGinaLeeBradleywashousewife,mother,andvaluableassistantinthebuildingbusiness.Atthetimeoftheseparationoftheparties,threeseparateresidentialstructureswereatvariousstagesofconstruction,onelocatedonNakitaDrive,onelocatedonCarlinDrive,andthethirdbeingoccupiedasthehomeoftheparties,locatedonFountainheadRoad.Thepartieswereheavilyindebt,primarilyforconstructionloansontheseproperties.Husbanddoesnotcontestthefaultassessmentandgroundsbelow.Hedoesnotcontestcustodyorchildsupportbutsolelythepropertydivisionandthedivisionofdebt.  WemustbeginbyobservingthatunderTennesseeCodeAnnotatedsection36-4-121,widediscretionisgiventothetrialcourtintheequitabledispositionbothofmaritalpropertyandofmaritaldebt.Seee.g.Hanoverv.  0Y+6 Hanover,775S.W.2d612,614(Tenn.App.1989);Cutsingerv.Cutsinger,917 1,8 S.W.2d238,243(Tenn.App.1995).  InthiscasethetrialcourtgavetotheHusbandtheNakitaDriveproperty,theCarlinDriveproperty,theZ71Chevroletpickuptruck,allconstructionandbusinessequipmentincludingJohnDeeretractorwithbackhoe 94B attachment,toolsandtrailer.TheWifereceivedtheFountainheadpropertyandher$4,000.00401Kaccount.  TherealproblemassertedbytheHusbandistheallocationofmaritaldebt.Heassertsthatthetrialcourtallocated$273,197.35inmaritaldebttohimandonly$392.00inmaritaldebttotheWife.Thisallegedallocationofdebtoverlookstwosignificantfactorsestablishedbytheproofbutnotsetforthinthecourtorder.Firstofall,thegreatmajorityofthetotaldebtresultsfromtheconstructionbusinessoperatedbytheHusband.Byhisownvaluation,thecombinedvalueoftheNakitaDrivepropertyandtheCarlinDriveproperty,bothofwhichwereassignedtohim,was$225,900.00.Alsobyhiscalculationthisvaluewasoffsetby$243,958.86ofdebtconstitutingliensupontheNakitaandCarlinproperty.Thislefthimassumingdebtattributabletothesetwopropertieswhichdebtwasinexcessofhisassertionofvalueby$18,058.86.AstotheFountainheadpropertywhichwasallocatedtotheWifeandwasthehomefortheWifeandchildren,Husbandvalueditat$99,500.00andsubjecttoliensof$89,523.43.ThetrialcourtattemptedtofashionaremedywherebythispropertycouldbemaintainedbytheWifeasahomeplaceforthechildrenand,infurtheranceofthisdesire,requiredtheHusbandtoassumehalfofthedebtonthisproperty.Inreferringtothisdispositionthetrialcourtstated:"Asapartofthedivisionofthemaritalestateandinpartalimonyinsolido,theHusbandisorderedtopayone-half()ofthisobligationintheamountof$44,761.50."  SincetheHusbandreceivedallofthetoolsandequipmentinvolvedinhiscontinuingconstructionbusiness,andtherecordindicateshisearningcapacitytobeconsiderablyinexcessoftheWifes,thedivisionofmaritalassetsanddebts,thoughunequal,iscertainlynotinequitablesoastoconstituteanabuseofthediscretionofthetrialcourt.Wattersv.Watters,959S.W.2d585  0Y+6 (Tenn.App.1997);Wadev.Wade,897S.W.2d702(Tenn.App.1994). 1,8   Thetranscriptofthetestimonycontainsnothingconcerningalimonyofanysort.TheportionofthedecreeintimatingthattheorderfortheHusbandtoassumehalfoftheFountainheadRoaddebtisalimonyinsolidoismodifiedanddeleted,buttheresultreachedbythetrialcourtinthiscaseisequitableand 94B certainlynotanabuseofdiscretionsoastojustifyappellatereversal.Thejudgmentofthetrialcourtisinallrespectsaffirmed.Thecaseisremandedforsuchfurtherproceedingsasmaybenecessaryconsistentwiththisopinion.
