(.$,    ` Thejuryfoundthedefendantguiltyastobothcounts, 1 (0 resultinginanappealwhichraisedthedefenseofdouble ,3)2 jeopardy.Infindinginfavorofthedefendant,theCourtheld 4x+4 thefollowing(atpage12): 6$-6   08.8  ` Webelieveduetothesimilarityincircumstances `   thatthiscaserequiresthesameanalysisasSt. 6  Clair.  #  1      ׀Appellantvisitedthevictimwiththeintent   tospendthenightwithherasthepartieshad   previouslyarranged.Uponlearningthevictimwould  d notagreetosleepingwithhim,appellantleftthe  : victimsresidence,wenttohisautomobile,and p retrievedaweapon.Atthatpoint,appellantformed F theintentwhichhelaterfulfilledtoassaultand  attackthevictim.Butforthevictimsattempted   escape,themultiplestabwoundswouldundoubtedlyhave h  occurredsimultaneously.Thefactthatthevictim >  attemptedtorunandseparatedherselffromappellant t  doesnotdividetheassaultintomultiplecrimes.
