Ðlots.€€Thus,€there€is€really€no€question€that€their€use€was€not€necessary,€expedient,€convenient,€orÐ  p Ðincidental€to€the€principal€use€of€each€lot:€a€financial€institution€and€a€truck€stop€and€restaurant.€Ð  \ ÐThey€had€no€relationship€to€the€principal€activity€carried€on€Ô_ÔonÔ_Ô€each€lot.€€These€empty€storageÐ øH Ðbuildings€were€not€accessory€buildings.Ð ä4 ÐÌà  àIn€making€its€argument€that€the€storage€buildings€were€not€accessory€buildings,€the€cityÐ ¼  Ðcharacterizes€them€as€ð ðsimply€a€shell€placed€on€the€property€for€the€purpose€of€advertising€the€saleÐ Ðthereof€which€are€temporary€in€nature.€ÐH˜Ð Ð  ÐÌà  àThe€trial€court€made€a€specific€finding€that€the€storage€buildings€in€question,€orÐ  p Ðð ðoutbuildingsðð€as€the€court€described€them,€were€not€portable€signs.€€The€court€noted€that€althoughÐ  \ Ðthe€buildings€could€be€moved€by€means€of€a€trailer€or€other€equipment,€they€were€not€something€anÐ øH Ðdoes€not€preponderate€against€the€trial€courtððs€findings€that€the€storage€buildings€are€not€easilyÐ ”ä Ðmoved.׃×Ý ƒ#ÃÝòòÚ  Ú4Ú  ÚóóÝ  Ý×  ×€€Thus,€the€trial€courtððs€conclusion€that€the€buildings€are€not€ð ðportableðð€within€the€meaningÐ €Ð Ðof€the€ordinance€is€affirmed.Ð l¼ ÐÌà  àHowever,€the€definition€of€ð ðbuildingðð€in€Lebanon€Municipal€Code€includes€signs€and€similarÐ D!” Ðstructures€ð ðwhether€stationary€or€moveable.ðð€€We€find€the€storage€buildings€in€question€to€beÐ 0"€  Ðincluded€in€that€definition.€€As€the€trial€court€stated,€they€are€capable€of€being€moved,€withÐ #l!
