Ðvisiting€with€Anderson€III€in€his€office€in€Nashville.€€Anderson€III€had€just€faxed€aÐ Ï Ðdraft€of€Exhibit€A€to€Anderson€II.€€While€I€was€in€the€office,€Anderson€II€called€inÐ À Ðresponse€to€the€fax€and€Anderson€III€gave€me€the€phone.€€Anderson€II€said€he€hadÐ ± Ðread€the€faxed€complaint€and€said€it€looked€like€a€good€lawsuit,€especially€on€theÐ ¢ò Ðissue€of€usury.€€During€this€conversation€about€my€case,€we€struck€up€a€goodÐ “ã Ðð ðtelephone€relationshipðð€because€we€also€talked€at€length€about€his€upcomingÐ „Ô Ðprostate€surgery€and€I€shared€my€experiences€with€him€about€the€prostate€surgeryÐ uÅ ÐI€had€just€had€in€September,€1995.Ðf¶Ð Ð  Ðà8  àà ` à3.€€In€or€about€January,€1996,€I€was€visiting€Anderson€III€in€his€office€inÐ W§ ÐNashville€again.€€Anderson€III€had€made€more€changes€to€the€complaint€which€heÐ H˜ Ðfaxed€to€Anderson€II.€€While€I€was€in€the€office,€Anderson€II€called€Anderson€III€toÐ 9‰ Ðgo€over€changes€that€had€been€made€to€Exhibit€A.€€Anderson€II€told€Anderson€IIIÐ *z Ðthat€no€monetary€amount€should€be€specified€in€the€complaint€and€that€the€referenceÐ k Ðto€$13€million€in€damages€should€be€deleted€from€the€complaint.Ð \Ð Ð  Ðà8  àà ` à4.€€The€filing€of€Exhibit€A€was€delayed€four€to€five€days€while€other€changesÐ ýM Ðwere€contemplated€and€made€by€Anderson€II.Ðî >Ð Ð  Ðà8  àà ` à5.€€Exhibit€A€was€filed€on€February€17,€1996.€€Shortly€after€this,€AndersonÐ ß!/ ÐIII€received€notice€from€the€attorneys€representing€the€defendants€in€Exhibit€A€thatÐ Ð"   Ðthe€defendants€had€filed€for€bankruptcy€and€that€any€damage€claims€should€beÐ Á#!
