Mr._Friedmann_Ԁassertsthatthedisciplinaryproceedingshewassubjectedtointhiscaseviolatedhisproceduraldueprocessrights.Inordertoprevailwiththeseclaims,hemustdemonstratethattheconductofprisonofficialshasimposedatypicalandsignificanthardshipsonhimthatarenotordinarilyincidenttoprisonlife.See_Sandin_Ԁv.Conner,515U.S.472,484,115S.Ct.2293,2300(1995).Prisondisciplinaryproceedingsarewithintheexpectedparametersofaprisonsentenceandareanordinarypartofprisonlife.See_Sandin_Ԁv.Conner,515U.S.at485,115S.Ct.at2301. WefindnothingarbitraryorfundamentallyimproperinthedecisiontoconductMr._Friedmann_sdisciplinaryhearingattheLakeCountyRegionalCorrectionalFacilitywherehe__Ԁwasincarcerated.Likewise,thereisnoevidencethatMr._Friedmann_Ԁwasunfairlypreventedfrompresentingfavorablewitnessesbecausehesignedawrittenwaiverofthisrighttopresentwitnesses.ThedisciplinaryboardhadbeforeitsufficientcircumstantialevidencetosupportaconclusionthatMr._Friedmann_Ԁhadbeeninvolvedinanunauthorizedfinancialtransaction,andthepunishmentmetedoutbytheboardwasconsistentwiththeapplicabledisciplinaryregulations.Accordingly,weconcurwiththetrialcourtsdecisiontosummarilydismissMr._Friedmann_spetition.@ III.
