D9<26  ` Thedivorcedecreealsoprovided:`    ItisfurtherORDERED,ADJUDGED,andDECREEDthatMr.HartshallpaytoMrs.Hart,becauseofherhealthproblems,inabilitytoworkafulltimejob,andneedtherefor,alimonyinfuturountilherdeathorremarriage,   oruntilthedeathofMr.Hart,whichevershouldoccurfirst,intheamountofOneThousandDollars($1,000)permonth.Thefirstpaymentshallbemadeonthefirstdayofthemonthfollowingthecloseofthesaleofthepropertyat4210EstesRoad.Atthetimethepartiesoldestchildbecomes @8  emancipated,thealimonypaymentwillbeadjustedaccordingtoneedatthattimealongwiththechildsupportadjustment.    ^` Pl     ` Itdoesnotappearthatthe$1,000monthlyalimonywasmodifiedpriortothefilingofthe  presentpetitiononMay7,1997.Asstatedabove,inresponsetothepetitiontheTrialCourtincreasedthealimonyto$1,350permonth,andthewifeappealed. ` Thewifepresentsthefollowingissuesforreview:`    I.  WhethertheTrialCourterredinawardingtheplaintiff  anincreaseofalimonyofonly$350permonth,andshouldhaveawardedheranincreaseofatleast$2,000permonthforatotalof$3,000permonthinalimony.II.  WhethertheTrialCourterredinawardingMs.Hart # attorneysfeesofonly$1,200.III.  WhethertheCourtofAppealsshouldawardMs.Hart `&X" herattorneysfeesincurredonappeal. .` <N ` Thehusbandaddsafourthissueasfollows:`    4.
