Ðthe€salary€of€Wife.€€After€considering€the€proposed€monthly€needs€of€each€party€as€outlinedÐ tÄ Ðin€their€respective€Rule€14(c)€memoranda,€the€trial€court€determined€that€neither€HusbandððsÐ `° Ðnor€Wifeððs€proposed€budget€was€ð ðout€of€lineðð€considering€their€standard€of€living.€€WifeððsÐ L œ ÐRule€14(c)€Memorandum€shows€that€Wifeððs€net€monthly€income€is€$2,070.37€and€herÐ 8 ˆ Ðprojected€budget€is€approximately€$5000€leaving€a€shortfall€of€approximately€$3000.€€WifeÐ $ t Ðdid€not,€however,€include€her€income€from€oil€royalties€that€she€receives.€€The€lower€court,Ð  ` Ðafter€hearing€extensive€testimony€on€the€value€of€these€royalties€from€both€HusbandððsÐ ü L  Ðfinancial€expert€and€Wifeððs€financial€expert,€set€the€value€at€$333.00€per€month€ð ðin€actualÐ è 8  Ðdollars€for€use€by€wife.ðð€€Thus,€while€not€explicitly€stating€so,€€it€seems€the€lower€court€foundÐ Ô$  ÐWifeððs€need€to€be€approximately€$2,700.€€Husbandððs€Rule€14(c)€Memorandum€showed€a€netÐ À à€As€to€section€(B),€the€trial€court€found€that€Wife€holds€a€Masterððs€degree€and€thatÐ pÀ Ðthere€was€no€proof€that€further€education€would€improve€her€earning€capacity€as€a€teacher.€Ð \¬ ÐThe€length€of€the€marriage€was€twenty„five€years„„a€long€marriage€for€purposes€of€sectionÐ H˜ Ð(C).€€For€sections€(D)€and€(E),€the€Final€Decree€of€Divorce€notes€that€both€parties€are€in€theirÐ 4„ Ðearly€fifties€and€that€neither€has€any€noteworthy€health€problems.€€Section€(F)€does€not€applyÐ  p Ðbecause€the€Heidemanððs€son€is€not€a€minor.€€Under€section€(G),€separate€property,€the€partiesÐ ° Ðdivided€most€of€their€personalty€amongst€themselves,€and€it€does€not€appear€that€the€courtÐ œì Ðmade€any€specific€findings€as€to€any€other€separate€property.€€€In€the€division€of€maritalÐ ˆØ Ðproperty,€for€purposes€of€section€(H),€Wife€was€given€54.93%€or€$650,491.00€and€HusbandÐ tÄ Ðwas€given€45.07%€or€$533,731.00.€The€standard€of€living€of€the€parties€during€the€marriage,Ð `° Ðto€be€considered€in€section€(I),€was€relatively€high,€as€noted€by€the€trial€court€when€approvingÐ L œ Ðthe€proposed€budgets€of€the€parties.€€As€to€section€(J),€there€was€testimony€as€to€theÐ 8 ˆ Ðcontributions€each€party€made€to€the€marriage,€but€the€trial€court€made€no€finding€on€thisÐ $ t Ðissue.€€The€trial€court€declined€to€consider€the€relative€fault€of€the€parties€for€the€purposes€ofÐ  ` Ðsection€(K).€€No€specific€findings€appear€relating€to€section€(L).€€Ð ü L  ÐÌà  àAfter€considering€these€factors,€the€trial€court€found€that€ð ðrehabilitative€alimonyÐ Ô$ Ðthe€value€of€this€asset€at€$4,000€per€year€or€$333.33€per€month€ð ðin€actual€dollars€for€use€byÐ ä4 ÐWife.ðð€€We€see€no€error€in€this€decision.€€Next,€Husband€questions€the€finding€that€WifeÐ Ð  Ðshould€not€ð ðhave€to€invade€either€the€corpus€of€her€division€of€the€marital€assets€or€itsÐ ¼  Ðearnings€each€month€to€pay€daily€living€expenses.ðð€€The€trial€court€felt€that€this€money€shouldÐ ¨ø Ðneeds,€the€income€that€Wifeððs€sizeable€property€settlement€could€bring€if€invested.€€€HusbandÐ X ¨ Ðfurther€argues€that€the€trial€court,€when€setting€the€amount€of€alimony,€did€not€take€intoÐ D!”
