DuringthemarriageWifebegantosufferfrommigraineheadaches.InJuneof1997,she \ tookamedicalleaveofabsencefromMemorialHospital.Herconditiondidnotimprove,andin H Octoberof1998,shewenttotheMichiganHeadPainandNeurologicalInstituteforthreeweeks, 4 butthereaftercontinuedtohavedailymigraines,andwasadvisedtoremainofffromwork.  p Nevertheless,Husbandpressuredhertoreturntoherjob.  \   WhileworkingasanurseatMemorialHospitalinNashville,Wifepurchasedadisability 4 insurancepolicy.Becauseofherseveremigraineheadaches,shebecameunabletoworkandinJuly   of1998received$52,000.00insettlementfromthispolicy.Thepartiesinvested$45,000.00ofthis   settlementinmoneymarketaccountsandspenttheremainingoncertainitems,includingacomputer  forHusband.ThroughouttheFallof1998,thepartiessubstantiallydepletedthemoneymarket  account,andsoldtheirmaritalresidenceinDavidsonCounty,movingtoanapartmentlocatedin  SumnerCounty.InDecember1998,Husbandmovedoutoftheapartmentandwithdrewthe l remainingsettlementmoneyoutofthemoneymarketaccountswithoutWifesknowledge.Atthe X  sametime,hetookthepartiesskiandfishingboatallegedlyworth$14,000.00andsoldittohis D! sisterfor$3,500.00. 0"    WhenHusbandmovedoutofthemaritalresidence,Wifehadonly$500.00inthechecking $X" account,andvacatedtheapartmentthatsheandherhusbandhadpreviouslyusedasthemarital $D # residence,movinginwithhermother,whereshecontinuedtoreside.Thereafter,Wifewasawarded %0!$ monthlysocialsecuritybenefitsintheamountof$1,256.00,hersoleincome. &"%   Atthefinalhearing,theparitiesagreeduponadivisionofthemaritalhouseholdproperty, (#' withtheexceptionoftheridinglawnmower.Theyalsoagreedonhowtheywouldapportionthe )$(  debtswiththeexceptionofthebalanceowedontheridinglawnmower.Twovehicles,a1998 |*%) _Camaro_Ԁanda1988FordBronco,arepartofthemaritalproperty.TheBroncoisregisteredinWifes  nameandthe_Camaro_ԀisregisteredandfinancedinHusbandsname.
