WifeappearedbeforethecourtwithcounselonJune2,1997forahearingonamotionfortemporarysupport.SheagainappearedonSeptember5,1997withcounseland,underoath,testifiedthatsheandHusbandhadreachedasettlementagreement. OnOctober7,1997,Wifefileda MotiontoSetAsidePreviouslyAnnouncedAgreementinwhichsheallegedthatHusbandhadcoercedherintoagreeingtothesettlementofSeptember5,1997. OnOctober27,1997,thetrialcourtenteredaFinalDecreeofdivorcewhichadoptedandincorporatedthetermsofthemaritaldissolutionagreement. Onappeal,WifeasksthisCourttosetasidethefinaldecreeandallegesϜthatHusband,ontheeveningofSeptember4,1997,coercedhertoappearincourtthefollowingmorningandagreetothetermsofthedivorce. Asstated,atthetimeofthehearing,thetrialjudgeplacedbothpartiesunderoathandeachtestifiedthatthemaritaldissolutionagreementwastheiragreement.Wifeandhercounselhadampleopportunityatthattimetoretractheragreementandcomplainthatithadbeenobtainedthroughduress.Shetestifiedotherwiseunderoath,andwillnotbeheardnowtorefuteherownϜtestimony.See,Meadowsv.Meadows,slipop.,No.1102(Tenn.App.May13,1987).
