PlaintiffRaymondMitchellsuesDefendantCamelotUtilityDistrictofHawkinsCounty,Tennessee.HeallegesthatCamelot,inacquiringaquitclaimdeed k   ׀fromhimconveyingtwotractsofland,onethatcontainsanartesianwellandtheotherequipmentinconnectionwithdistributionofwatertotheadjacentarea.Hecontendsthatasaconsiderationforthequitclaimdeed,JohnValetta,PresidentofCamelot,representedtohimthatCamelotwouldprovidewatertapsfortwoofhislotsfreeofchargeand,uponacquisitionofanalternatewatersource,wouldreconveythequitclaimedlotstohim.  TheTrialCourtfoundadverselytoMr.Mitchellandheappeals,raisingthefollowingthreeissues:    1. DidtheChanceryCourterrinrequiringthe PlaintifftoprovebyclearandconvincingevidencethatJohnValetta,chiefofficerofDefendant,madeapromisetoprovidewatertapsandawaterlinetoPlaintiffinthefutureasaninducementorconsiderationfortheexecutionofhisdeed?2. AssumingIssueNo.1isresolvedintheaffirmative,doesfailureofthepromisedconsiderationamounttofraudsoastorequirerecisionofthedeed?3. MustthedeedfromPlaintifftoDefendantbereformedtoprovideforreversionofthelandtoPlaintiffatanypointoftimeinthefuture,and,ifso,uponwhatconditionswouldthereversiontakeplace?      Astothefirstissue,theTrialCourtdidmakereferenceinhismemorandumopiniontoclearandconvincingevidencewhenaddressingthequestionofwhetherCamelotwasguiltyoffraud.However,itiscleartousthatthestandardthatheappliedwasapreponderanceoftheevidenceastothequestionoffailureofconsideration.Moreover,inreviewingtherecorddenovoandapplyingthepreponderanceofevidencestandard,wefindthattheevidencepreponderatesagainstMr.Mitchell'scontentionsrelativetopromisesmadebyMr.Valettarelativetothewatertapsand,consequently,theTrialCourtactedproperlyindismissinghiscomplaint.  Ourdispositionofissueonerendersissuetwomoot.  Aproposofissuethree,theTrialCourtfound,andhisfindingissupportedbytheminutesoftheboardofCamelot,thatitsPresidentagreedthatintheeventCamelot"abandonedordidnotneedtheproperty"thetitletothepropertywouldreverttoMr.Mitchell.ItisclearthatthiswasaconditionofthetransferandarighttowhichMr.Mitchellwasentitled.Accordingly,Mr.MitchellmayrecordtheTrialJudge'sjudgmentwhichincorporatedhismemorandumopinionintheRegisterofDeedsOffice l   ׀asamunimentofhisinterestandasnoticeofthirdpartiesofhisrights.Inlightofthis,itisunnecessarythatthedeedbereformedtoaccomplishthisend.
