HusbandssecondissueiswhetherthetrialcourterredinreimbursingWife$6,167.33for  hermortgagepaymentsmadependingthedivorceandinnotcreditingHusbandwith$25,000.00for  mortgagepaymentshemadependingthedivorce.Wefindthisissueiswithoutmerit.Thetrial p courtfoundthatthetotalequityofthevalueofthehomewas$112,825.56andawarded$67,721.04 ` toHusbandand$45,104.52toWife.Thetrialcourtthendeducted$11,308.26fromHusbandsshare P oftheequityandcreditedWifewiththesame.Inaddition,thetrialcourtdeducted$6,167.33from @ Husbandsshareformortgagepaymentsmadeto_G.E._ԀCapitalMortgageServicesbyWifeduring 0 HusbandsoccupancyofthemaritalresidenceandcreditedWifeforthesame.Otherdeductions  p fromHusbandsshareofequitywere:$1,382.22forexpendituresbyWifeforcleaning,maintenance, ` andimprovementsnecessaryforthesaleofthemaritalresidence;$1,133.21forreplacementcosts P offixturesremovedfrommaritalresidencebyHusbandinviolationofMarch11,1999order;and @ $1,858.28forWifesportionofattorneyfeesattributabletoHusbandsfailuretopaymortgagefor 0 hearingsheldAugust7,1997,October2,1997,andMarch11,1999.Thetotalamountdeducted   fromHusbandsshareoftheequityinthemaritalhomeandcreditedtoWifeis$22,049.30.This ! resultsin$34,363.48awardedtoHusbandforhisshareoftheequityinthemaritalhomeand "  $78,462.08awardedtoWifeforhershareofequityinthemaritalhome. #!   $"   PursuanttothetrialcourtsorderdatedSeptember4,1997,Husbandisrequiredtopaythe   mortgagepaymentsonthemaritalresidenceforthemonthofAugustof1997andforeachmonth  thereafter, pendingthefurtherordersofthisCourt,and/oranagreementbythepartiestothe  contrary.Atthattime,Husbandoccupiedthemaritalresidence.InHusbandsresponsetothe  SecondPetitionForContemptForPossessionOfResidencePendingSaleOfSame,etc.,filed p March11,1999,headmitsthatheagreedtomakethemortgagepaymentsontheresidentialhome. `  Inthesameresponse,inanaffirmativedefenseandrequestforrelief,Husbandhimselfrequeststhat P  thetrialcourtmakeanequitabledivisionofthepartiespropertyandthatWifebegivencreditfor @  thepaymentsasrequiredtobringthemortgagecurrent. 0    Inherpretrialinformationfiledwiththetrialcourt,Wifesubmittedthatshehadpaid `  $6,167.33to_G.E._ԀCapitalMortgageServicesduringHusbandsoccupancyinthemaritalresidence. P  TheevidencedoesnotpreponderateagainstthetrialcourtsawardofcreditinthatamounttoWife @  inthedivisionofmaritalproperty.Inaddition,wefindnothingintherecordtoindicatethatWife 0  receivedanycreditformortgagepaymentsmadewhilesheoccupiedthehouse.Therefore,wefind   thattheevidencedoesnotpreponderateagainstthetrialcourtsawardwithregardtomortgage  paymentsonthemaritalhome.
