Ðit€would€require€Ms.€Moyer€to€prove€her€claim€or€else€it€would€be€denied,€but€that€Old€RepublicÐ ¤(ô#' Ðwould€ð ðcontinue€to€look€to€your€company€to€indemnify€Old€Republic€Surety€Company€should€theÐ Ðan€estimate€to€repair€the€listed€items.€€Old€Republic€then€reached€a€settlement€with€Ms.€Moyer,€hiredÐ tÄ Ðthe€contractors€to€make€the€necessary€repairs,€paid€those€contractors€and€Ms.€Moyer,€and€then€soughtÐ `° Ðindemnification€from€Mr.€Eshaghpour.Ð L œ ÐÌÓ  ÓIII.Ð $ t ÐÓ¢gÓÌà
