Althoughaffirmingtheseparateawardforprivateschooltuition,themajorityreducedthe T retroactivechildsupportto$2,100permonth,andaffirmedtheprospectiveawardat$2,100per =  monthaswell.GiventhefactthatT.L.sfamilyhadsubsistedongovernmentassistanceandwas & v forcedtolivewithanotherfamily,Mothersdesiretopurchase,furnishandprovideupkeepfora  _ modesthomeisnotonlyreasonableandnecessary,butalsolikelyunattainableintheabsenceof  H additionalchildsupport.InviewofFathersmultimilliondollarincomeandlavishlifestyle,the  1  evidenceclearlypreponderatesinfavorofanawardofretroactiveandprospectivechildsupport    basedonaportionofFathersconsiderableincomeinexcessof$10,000permonth.     Moreover,theundisputedevidenceattrialwasthatFatherhadexercisedovernightvisitation   withT.L.onlyonceortwice.Clearlyanupwarddeviationintheamountofchildsupport,both n  retroactiveandprospective,iswarranted,indeedmandated,bythechildsupportguidelines.
