Hethenvoluntarilyquithisjobtobeginaprivatepracticeandfiledamotiontoreducetheamountofthesupportbecauseheprojectedthathis1996incomewouldbetwothirdslessthanhepreviouslyearned.ThismotionwasheardonFebruary8,1996andtheChancellorsuspended,butdidnotforgive,onehalfoftheorderedamountforoneyear.Arrearageshadthenaccrued,forwhichexecutionwasstayedforfour(4)months.̛̜ AppellantthereuponengageddifferentcounselwhofiledamotiononDecember5,1996seekingtohavehissupportobligationreducedbecauseheearnedonly$30,000.00in1996ashehadforecastinhisearliermotion.The ChancellorfrustratinglyobservedthatthismotionandtheevidencetobeofferedinsupportofitwasidenticaltotheFebruary1996motionandwouldnotbeheardforavarietyofcolorfulreasons,nottheleastofwhichwasthesignificantfactthattheoneyearsuspensionhadnotexpired,afterwhichthematterwouldbeagainscrutinized.TheappellantarguesthattheChancellorerredinrefusingtohearhisDecember1996motion.
