Mr.RainstestifiedattrialthathehadstoppedandhadcheckedforoncomingtrafficbeforehebeganhisturnandthathedidnotseeMs.Wildersautomobilewhenhestartedhisturn.Forherpart,Ms.WilderstatedthatshewasdrivingatasafespeedandthatMr.Rainssimplyturnedintothepathofherautomobile.AjuryreturnedaverdictapportioningfiftypercentofthefaulttoMs.Wilderandfifty  d   percentto_Mr.Rains.InaccordancewithTennesseesmodifiedcomparativefaultsystem, 6   כthetrialcourtenteredajudgmentawardingMs.Wildernothing.ThetrialcourtlaterdeniedMs.Wildersmotionforanewtrial.Ms.Wilderhasperfectedthisappealandinsiststhattherecordcontainsnomaterialevidencetosupporttheverdict.@ II. Afterreviewingtheevidenceinthelightmostfavorabletothejurysverdict,weconcludethatthereismaterialevidencetosupportthejurysequalallocationoffaultbetweenMs.WilderandMr.Rains.Theaccidentoccurrednearthecrestofahill,andthephotographicevidencedepictsalimitedsightdistance.TakingintoconsiderationMr.Rainsstestimonythattheroadwasclearbeforehebeganhisleftturn,thepointofimpactonMr.Rainsstruck,andtheϜdamagetoboth_vehicles_,thejurycouldhavedeterminedthatMs.Wilderwasnotdrivingatasafespeedgivenherlimitedsightdistance.Bothpartiespresentedthejurywithlittlemorethantheirownselfservingaccountsoftheaccident.Thejuryheardthepartiestestimony,observedthepartiesastheytestified,anddeterminedthattheywereequallyatfault.Wehave     nobasisforconcludingthattherecorddoesnotcontainmaterialevidencesupportingtheverdict.  III.
