Inthispostdivorcecase,thetrialcourtdeniedthepetitionofTerriLeeWooten,formerlyWolfe( Mother),seekingsolecustodyofthepartiesdaughter,KelseaWolfe,agefiveandahalf.Inthesameorder,thecourtgrantedthecounterclaimofPatrickAlanWolfe( Father)bymodifyingMothersvisitationrights.Motherappealed,arguingthatthetrialcourtabuseditsdiscretioninfailingtochangethechildscustody.Shealsoclaimsthatthecourterredinmodifyingthevisitationschedulesetforthinthedivorcejudgment.  ThepartiesweredivorcedbyjudgmententeredMay15,1995.ThatjudgmentawardedFatherthesolecustodyofthepartiesdaughter.ItalsoprovidedthatMotherwas awardedvisitationwiththeminorchildonhertwodaysoffeachweek(afourdaytwodayrotation).ThejudgmentalsograntedMothervisitationatothertimes,i.e.,atChristmas,duringthesummer,Ϝandoncertainholidays.Atthehearingonthepartiescompetingapplicationsformodificationofthedivorcejudgment,thetrialcourtchangedMothersregularvisitationtimesfrom hertwodaysoffeachweektovisitationonalternateweekendsfromFridayat6p.m.toSundayat6p.m.Theothervisitationinthedivorcejudgmentwasnotchanged.Thecourtrefusedtochangeitspreviousawardofcustody.  OnthetwoissuesraisedbyMother,wemustdecideiftheevidencepreponderatesagainstthetrialcourtsmostrecentorder.Rule13(d),T.R.A.P.  Thetrialcourtconcluded thatthere[had]notbeenasufficientchangeofcircumstancesthatwouldjustifyachangeofcustodyinthiscase.Theevidencedoesnotpreponderateagainstthisfinding.Whilethecircumstancesofthepartieshavechanged, 0   כtheyhavenotbeen altered...inamaterialwaysothatthewelfareofthechildrequiresachangeofcustody. Griffinv.Stone ,834S.W.2d300,302(Tenn.App.1992).Aswesaidin Musselmanv.Acuff ,826S.W.2d920(Tenn.App.1991),the trialjudgemustfindamaterialchangeincircumstancesthatiscompellingenoughtowarrantthedramaticremedyofchangedcustody. Id .at922.(Emphasisadded).WhileMotherchallengedsomeofFathersparentingskillsanddecisions,hertestimonywassharplycontestedbyFather.Thisconflictbroughtintoplaytheissueofthepartiescredibilityanissuewhichisprimarilyforthetrialcourt.See TennesseeValleyKaolin  Corp.v.Perry ,526S.W.2d488,490(Tenn.App.1974).IfthetrialcourtϜbelievedFatherontheseconflictingmattersanditsdecisionnottochangecustodyiscertainlycompatiblewithafindinginfavorofFatherscredibilityitcouldhavereasonablyϜconcludedthatFathersparentinghadnotadverselyaffectedthechild.  Motherspetitiontochangecustodyaddresseditselftothesoundandwidediscretionofthetrialcourt. Brumitv.Brumit ,948S.W.2d739,740(Tenn.App.1997).Sincewefindnoabuseofthatdiscretion,wewillnottamperwiththetrialcourtsorder. Id .Mothersfirstissueisfoundadversetoher.  Whenthetrialcourtenteredthedivorcejudgment,Motherworkedfourdaysandthenwasofftwodays.Obviously,thisworkschedulewasnotcompatiblewiththetrialcourtsstandardeveryotherweekendvisitationarrangement.ToaccommodateMothersworkschedule,thetrialcourt,atthetimeofthedivorce,awardedhervisitationonthetwodaysshewasoffϛfromwork.Atthetimeoftherecenthearingbelow,MotherwasworkinganormalMondaythroughFridayschedulewithweekendsoff.Therefore,theevidencedoesnotpreponderateagainstthetrialcourtsdeterminationthatthecircumstancesparticularlyMothersworkschedulehadchangedsoastonecessitateamodificationofthevisitationarrangementsetforthinthedivorcejudgment.Mothersintentiontoquitworkatsometimeinthefuturewasjustthatanintentiontodosomethinginthefuture.ThetrialcourtwascorrectinsettingvisitationbasedonMotherscurrentworkschedule.  Visitationisalsoanissuethataddressesitselftoatrialcourtswidediscretion. Suttlesv.Suttles ,748S.W.2d427,429(Tenn.1988).Wefindnoabuseofthatdiscretioninthiscase.  Fatherseeksdamagesforafrivolousappeal.SeeT.C.A.271122.WhilewehaveresolvedMothersissuesagainsther,wedonotfindthatherappealisfrivolous.
