Afterreviewingtherecord,weaffirmthetrialcourtsjudgment. InJulyof1993,theappellantenteredthreeguiltypleastofelonydrugoffensesandreceivedaneffectivetenyearsentencewithplacementinthelocalcommunitycorrectionsprogram.HiscommunitycorrectionssentencewasultimatelyrevokedandtheappellantwastransferredtotheWayneCountyCorrectionalFacilitywhereheparticipatedinthe bootcampprogram.Afterhisreleasefrom bootcampinNovemberof1994,hewasplacedonintensiveprobation.Twodaysafterbeingplacedonintensiveprobation,theappellantwasarrestedfordisorderlyconduct.InJanuary,1995,theappellantwasarrestedforaggravatedrobberyandwasagainarrestedinMayof1995forcriminaltrespassandresistingarrest.Inadditiontothesearrests,whichwerenotreported,theappellant,amongotherviolations,useddrugs,failedtoperformrequiredcommunityservice,failedtopaycourtcost,failedtoreportasdirected,andfailedtosubmittodrugtests. Theappellantdoesnotdisputetheallegationsthatheviolatedtheconditionsofhisprobation.Atthesentencinghearing,heofferedtheexcusethathehadfailedtoattenddrugscreeningsandhadfailedtoperformtherequiredcommunityservicebecausehehadcartrouble.Healsorelatedthathedidnotpayhiscourtcostsbecausehehadonlybeenworkingtemporaryjobs.Heexplainedthatafterhelpinghismotherfinancially,hebarelyhadenoughmoneytosupporthimself.Accordingtotheappellantsowntestimony,his supportincludedmarijuanapurchases.Theappellanttestified, Idohavealittlemarijuanaproblem.Iliketosortofrelaxbackandsmokealittlemarijuana....  TheappellantssolecontentionisthatthetrialcourterredinorderingthathisentiretenyearsentencemustbeservedintheDepartmentofCorrectionwithoutconsideringotheralternatives.Thisargumentismisplaced.Ifthetrialcourtfindsbyapreponderanceoftheevidencethataprobationerviolatesaconditionofhisprobation,itiswithinthecourtsdiscretiontorevokeprobationandcauseexecutionofthejudgmentasitwasoriginallyentered.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035310,311(d)(1990).Statev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(Tenn.1991).Iftherecordcontainssubstantialevidencetosupportthetrialcourtsconclusionthattheappellantviolatedaconditionofhisprobation,noabuseofdiscretionwillbefound.Id. Therecordinthiscasecontainsoverwhelmingevidencetosupporttheappellantsprobationrevocation.Theappellanthasbeenprovidednumeroussentencingalternatives,includingprobation,communitycorrections,andthe bootcampprogram.Noneofthesealternativestoincarcerationhavesucceeded.Insum,theappellantsrecordisappalling.Accordingly,weconcludethatthetrialcourtdidnotabuseitsdiscretioninreinstatingtheappellantsoriginaltenyearsentenceanddesignatingconfinementintheDepartmentofCorrection.Thejudgmentofthetrialcourtisaffirmed.      ____________________________________     DAVIDG.HAYES,JudgeCONCUR:________________________________JOEB.JONES,PresidingJudge________________________________THOMAST.WOODALL,Judge
