Ourstandardofreviewwhenthesufficiencyoftheevidenceisquestionedonappealis whether,afterviewingtheevidenceinthelightmostfavorabletotheprosecution,anyrationaltrieroffactcouldhavefoundtheessentialelementsofthe |t crimebeyondareasonabledoubt.Jacksonv.Virginia,443U.S.307,319,99S.Ct. H @ 2781,2789(1979).Thismeansthatwedonotreweightheevidencebutpresumethatthejuryhasresolvedallconflictsinthetestimonyanddrawnallreasonableinferencesfromtheevidenceinfavorofthestate.SeeStatev.Sheffield,676S.W.2d542,547 %" (Tenn.1984);Statev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835(Tenn.1978). x'p $  Inthelightmostfavorabletothestate,theproofattrialestablishedthatthedefendantwasarrestedonunrelatedchargestwodaysafterthevictimshomewasburglarized.Hewasinpossessionofaseveralitemsofthevictimsstolenproperty,includingaScottishRiteMasonicring,aBoilermakerwatch,creditcardsbearingthename,aSamsClubphotoidentificationcard,adenimjacketandagun,allbelongingtothevictims.Furthermore,theevidenceshowedthatthedefendantadmittedtothesheriffthathe hitthehouse,loadedupthestuff,[and]wentbackto Nashvilleandthathecommittedthecrimesbecauseheneededmoneytopayfines. 5.4 Thevictimsreportedthatthevalueoftheirstolenpropertywasfourteenthousanddollars.
