Thetrialjudgestatedthathewasdenyingtheappellant'srequestforalternativesentencinginordertodetertheappellantandothersfromdrivingwhensuchconducthasbeenprohibitedbycourtorder.Furthermore,hefelttheappellantwasnotcredibleandhadliedtothecourtthroughouttheentiresentencinghearing.Wefindnoerrorinthisruling.
