FACTS    Onthenightoftheincidentsinquestion,boththeappellantandthevictimwereatataverncalledthe"BigHouse."UponleavingtheBigHouse,thevictimsawtheappellantintheparkinglotwavingapoolcueintheair.Theappellantthenstruckthevictimacrossthefacewiththepoolcue.Asaresult,thevictimreceivedmorethan100stitchesinhiseyelids,nose,andear.Heincurred$1,618.50inmedicalexpenses.  SUFFICIENCYOFTHEEVIDENCE    Theappellant'sfirstassignmentoferroristhattheevidencewasinsufficienttosustainhisconviction.Hearguesthatthestatefailedtoprovethathepossessedtherequisiteculpablementalstatefortheoffenseofaggravatedassault.Hecontendsthatalthoughhisconductmayhavebeenreckless,aggravatedassaultrequiresanintentionalmensrea.   Theappellanttestifiedattrial.Hestatedthatthevictimcameathimwithaknife.Hesaidthathefelthislifewasindanger.He,therefore,claimedtheblowwasinselfdefense.Inthealternative,hesuggestedthatthevictim,nothe,wasrecklessforwalkingintothepathofaswingingpoolcue.       Wefindthatthestate'sproofattrialsetforththeessentialelementsofaggravatedassault. 2   כFromtheprofferedevidence,thejurycouldhave    reasonablyinferredthat:(1)theappellantintentionallystruckthevictimwithapoolcue, 3   ׀(2)bystrikingthevictimontheheadwithapoolcue,theappellantintendedtoinflictseriousbodilyinjury,and(3)thevictimsustainedseriousbodilyinjuries.Thatthejurydiscreditedtheappellant'sversionoftheeventsisamatterofwitnesscredibility.Assessingwitnesscredibilityisexclusively"thepurviewofthejury."Statev.Banes,874S.W.2d73,78(Tenn.Crim.App.1993).Wewillneitherreweightheevidencenorsupplantthejury'sinferenceswiththoseofourown.Thisissueisdevoidofmerit.  SENTENCING   Ӝ Theappellant'ssecondassignmentoferrorchallengeshissentence.Itwasincumbentupontheappellant,however,topreparearecordthatincludedmaterialsrelevanttohissentencingonappeal.Theappellant'spresentencingϜreport,althoughadmittedintoevidence,isnotpresentintherecordbeforeus.Accordingly,thisissueiswaived;andwemustpresumethatthetrialcourtruledcorrectly. 4   כStatev.Miller,737S.W.2d556,559(Tenn.Crim.App.1987);Tenn.R.App.P.,Rule24(b).  13thJUROR   Ӝ Theappellant'slastassignmentoferrorarguesthatthetrialjudgefailed  toproperlydischargehisdutyasthirteenthjuror.Thetrialjudgestatedthat"I  herebyaccept"andthe"[c]ourtadopts"thejury'sfindings.Theappellant        maintainsthatthetrialcourt'suseof"accept"and"adopt,"asopposedto"approve              ,"showsthatthetrialcourtimproperlydeferredtothejury'sfindings.   Theappellant'sargumentismisguided.Theproperinquiryisnottheuseofanymagicalverbiage,butiswhetherthetrialcourtunequivocallyfoundtheevidencesufficienttosupporttheconviction.Inthiscase,thetrialjudgeneitherϜequivocatedonwhethertheevidencewassufficientnorexpresseddissatisfactionwiththejudgment.SeeStatev.Dankworth,919S.W.2d52(Tenn.Crim.App.1995).Accordingly,thisissueiswithoutmerit.
