TheappellantwasresponsibleforfilingtrialtranscriptswiththisCourtbyAugust21,1995.Theappellantmissedthisfilingdate.OnSeptember1,1995,herequestedadditionaltimetofile.OurCourtdeniedthisrequestbutadvisedhimtofileamotiontolatefilepursuanttoTenn.R.App.P.2.Theappellant,however,lodgedasummarystatementoffactspursuanttoTenn.R.App.P.24(e)(sic).
