'" BeforethetrialcourtmayrevoketheCommunityCorrectionssentence,therecordmustcontainsufficientevidencetopermitthecourttomakeanintelligentandconscientiousdecision.Harkins,811S.W.2dat82.Uponrevocation,thecourt P-#( mayorderthedefendanttoservehersentenceinconfinement.Harkins,811 /%* S.W.2dat82.Onappeal,thetrialcourt'sorderrevokingaCommunityCorrectionssentenceissubjecttoreversalonlyuponashowingofanabuseofdiscretion.Harkins,811S.W.2dat82.Inorderforanabuseofdiscretiontooccur,the 4 +0 reviewingcourtmustfindthattherecordcontainsnosubstantialevidencesufficienttosupportthetrialjudge'sconclusionthattheviolationofthetermsofthesentencehasoccurred.Harkins,811S.W.2dat82. 906 Ї `  Inthecaseatbar,Barham'sowntestimonyestablishedthatheviolatedthetermsofhisCommunityCorrectionssentence.Barhamadmittedthathefailedtoreportfollowingtheincarcerativeperiodheservedforhispreviousrevocationandthathehadreceivedanewconvictionwhichhehadnotreportedtothesupervisoryauthority.Thetrialcourtfoundthedefendant'sallegationthathedidnotknowhewassubjecttoCommunityCorrectionssupervisiontobeincredible.TheonlyquestionbeforethiscourtiswhetherthetrialcourtwaswithinitsdiscretioninremovingBarhamfromtheCommunityCorrectionsprogramandorderinghimtoservehisremainingtimeinprison.Weholdthatthetrialcourtactedwithinitsdiscretion.Barhamhashadrepeatedopportunitiestoservehissentenceinthecommunity.Hebeganservinghissentenceincase3384inbootcampfollowedbyprobation.Heprovedhimselfunworthyofprobation,accruingnumerousallegedviolations.HewaseventuallytransferredtoCommunityCorrectionssupervisionaspartofapleabargainincase3567.Heviolatedthetermsofthatsentenceandservedashortperiodofincarceration,whichprovedaninsufficientdeterrenttofurtherviolations.Obviously,thisdefendantisonewhoseprospectsofrehabilitationarevirtuallynil.Asthetrialcourtaptlystated,"WehavebeendealingwithMr.Barhamforyearsandyears,andheisnotevergoingtomakeitonanykindofreleaseprogram...."Theevidencemorethansufficientlysupportsthetrialcourt'sdetermination. `  Thejudgmentoftrialcourtisaffirmed. `     h     _______________________________ 906  `     h     JAMESCURWOODWITT,JR.,JUDGECONCUR:_____________________________JOSEPHM.TIPTON,JUDGE_____________________________JOHNEVERETTWILLIAMS,JUDGE
