Therecordinthisappealissparse.Itconsistsonlyofthedocumentsfiledwiththetrialcourtclerk,includingbutnotlimitedtothearrestwarrants,indictment,judgments,motionfornewtrial,noticeofappeal,anddesignationofrecord.TheonlytranscriptisofthesentencinghearingwhereinnoproofwasofferedotherthanapresentencereportcontainingtheDefendantspriorcriminalrecord.Thetranscriptconsistsofargumentsofcounselandthetrialcourtsrulingatthesentencinghearing.Itisapparentfromthismeagerrecordthatthetrialcourtrelieduponproofwhichheheardatthetrialinimposingthesentences.
