Afterareviewoftherecord,wevacatetheeffectivetwentyfouryearsentenceimposedbythetrialcourt.Thiscauseisremandedtothetrialcourtforreinstatementofthetenyearsentencesimposedintheoriginaljudgmentsofconviction. OnJune22,1992,pursuanttoapleaagreement,theappellantpledguiltytofivecountsofsaleofcocaineandreceivedfiveconcurrenttenyearsentencestobeservedintheDepartmentofCorrection.Onthisdate,theappellantwasalreadyunderprobationarysupervision,arisingfromhisconvictionsforrobberyandassault.TherobberyandassaultconvictionswereenteredonFebruary27,1992,resultinginathreeyearsplitconfinementsentencewithfortyfivedaystobeservedinthejail. TheappellantsTDOCconfinement,whichapparentlywasservedinthe bootcampprogram,wasshortlived.InJune1983,probationviolationwarrantswereissuedineachoftheabovesixfelonyconvictions(fivedrugconvictionsplustherobbery).OnOctober25,1993,thetrialcourtrevokedtheappellantsprobationonallsixfeloniesandreinstatedtheoriginalsentenceswithallsentencestobeservedinCommunityCorrections. InNovember1994,theappellantwaschargedwithviolationofhis behavioralcontractby frequentingbars,by failingtobeathomewhenrequired,andduetonewconvictionsforpublicdrunkennessandmarijuanapossession.Theappellantadmittedtheseviolations,and,onJune19,1995,thetrialcourtrevokedtheappellantsCommunityCorrectionssentenceandimposedaneffectivetwentyfouryearsentenceintheDepartmentofCorrection,whichisthesubjectofthisappeal. /    Whileappellatereviewisgenerallylimitedtotheissuespresented,theappellatecourtsofthisstatehavebeenempoweredtoconsiderissueswhichhavenotbeenpresentedforreview.Statev.Braden,867S.W.2d750,764(Tenn.Crim.App.1993)(citationsomitted).Asageneralrule,an illegalsentencemaybecorrectedatanytime,evenifithasbecomefinal.SeeStatev.Burkhart,566S.W.2d871,873(Tenn.1978)(citationsomitted).Uponreview,wenotethatuponrevokingtheappellantsprobationarystatusinOctober1993,thetrialcourtwaswithouttheauthoritytoimposecommunitycorrectionssentencesand,therefore,thesentenceswere illegallyimposed.Accordingly,thesubsequentarisingissuesofconsecutivesentencingandenhancementofhissentencesarerenderedmoot. Therelevantstatutoryprovisionsregardingtheappellants1993probationrevocationinclude:8 Tenn.CodeAnn.4020206(1990) : [s]houldanoffenderfailtocomplywiththetermsandconditionsofsupervisionimposedbythedepartmentaftersuccessfulcompletionofthe[bootcamp]program,thereleaseonsupervisionmayberevokedbythetrialjudgepursuantto4035311.8 Tenn.CodeAnn.4035311(d)(1990) : [i]fthetrialjudgeshouldfindthatthedefendanthasviolatedtheconditionsofhisprobationandsuspensionbyapreponderanceoftheevidence,thetrialjudgeshallhavetheright...torevoketheprobationandsuspensionofsentenceandcausethedefendanttocommencetheexecutionofthejudgmentasoriginallyentered,orotherwiseinaccordancewith4035310....[ 0   ]8 Tenn.CodeAnn.4035308(1990) authorizesthetrialcourt,uponrevocationofprobation,to:8 8 (b)...maketheconditionsofsupervisionmoreonerousthanthoseoriginallyimposed....8 8 (c)...extendthedefendantsperiodofprobationsupervisionforanyperiodnotinexcessoftwoyears. Thus,asoutlinedbythesestatutoryprovisions,thesentencingcourt,uponrevocationofprobation,hastwosentencingoptions:(1)causeexecutionoftheoriginaljudgmentasitwasoriginallyentered,or(2)modifythedefendantsconditionsofsupervision,includingextendingthedefendantsprobationaryperiodforuptotwoyears.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4035308;310;311;Statev.Bowling,958S.W.2d362,363(Tenn.Crim.App.1997).Intheinstantcase,thetrialcourt,followingrevocation,imposedCommunityCorrectionssentences.ThereisnoauthorityintheCriminalSentencingReformActof1989fortheimpositionofacommunitycorrectionsentencefollowingrevocationofprobation.SeeBowling,958S.W.2dat364. AsrecognizedinBowling,thestatutorydistinctionbetweenacommunitycorrectionssentenceandplacementinacommunitycorrectionsprogramasaconditionofprobationisapparent.Bowling,958S.W.2dat364;Tenn.CodeAnn.4036106(e)(1)andTenn.CodeAnn.4036106(f).Theformerstatutepermitssentencingtoa communitybasedalternativesentenceinlieuofapenitentiaryorjailsentence,whilethelatterpermitsimpositionofcommunitycorrectionsasaconditionofprobation.Anindividualwhoisplacedonprobationisnotentitledtojailcreditduringtheperiodoftheprobationarystatus. 1   כAccordingly,theprobationerwhoisplacedinacommunitycorrectionsprogramasaconditionofprobationisnotentitledtosentencecreditfortimespentundercommunitycorrectionssupervision.Aproceduraldistinctionbetweenthetwoisalsoapparent,i.e.,violationofacommunitycorrectionssentencesubjectstheoffendertopotentialenhancementofhissentence,whileviolationofprobationsubjectstheoffendertoreinstatementofhisoriginalsentence. 2   ׀SeeBowling,958S.W.2dat363. Therecordbeforeusindicatesthat,inOctober1993,thetrialcourtimposed,afterrevokingtheappellantsprobation,communitycorrectionssentences.Asthissentencewasnotauthorized,weconstruetheappellantsplacementinthecommunitycorrectionsprogramasaconditionofprobation.Upondenovoreviewoftherecord,theproofreflectsacriminalhistoryconsistingofapproximatelytwentytwopriorconvictions.Moreover,therecordestablishestheappellantsunamenabilityforcontinuedprobationbaseduponhisfailuresinpreviousnonincarcerativealternativesentences,includingtotalprobation,splitconfinement,andtheTDOCbootcampprogram.Wefindreinstatementofhistenyearsentencesasoriginallyenteredappropriate.
