Appellantmaintainsthathefiledhisoriginalprosepetitionforpostconvictionreliefin1993.He,however,assertsthathemistakenlyfiledthispetitionwiththewrongcourt.Uponrealizinghismistake,approximatelyoneyearlater,hefiledthepresentprosepetitionwiththepropercourt. Boththeappellant'spetitionandbriefweredraftedprose.Uponcarefulreviewofhispetitionandbrief,wefindhisrelevantargumentraiseswhetheraprosepetitionfiledinthewrongcourtcouldfeasiblybedeemedtimely.Appellant,however,isunabletooffersufficientprooftocorroborateorsubstantiatehisbareallegationoffilingapetitionforreliefin1993.Hehasneitherproducedtheoriginalnorafilestampedornotarizedphotocopyofthe1993petition.Appellant'smereallegationoffilingatimelypleadinginthewrongcourtdoesnotaffordhimrelief.Toholdotherwisewouldopenthefloodgatestountimelypetitionersclaimingtohavefiledtheiroriginalpetitionswiththewrongcourt.Accordingly,pursuanttoTenn.R.Ct.Crim.App.,Rule20,wefindnoerroroflawrequiringreversalofthetrialcourt'sdismissal.AFFIRMED `      __________________________________  PAULG.SUMMERS,JudgeCONCUR:______________________________JOEB.JONES,PresidingJudge______________________________JOSEPHM.TIPTON,Judge`  p
