Trialjudgeshavetheauthoritytorevokeprobationuponfindingviolationsofprobationconditions.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035310(1990).Theexistenceofaviolationneedonlybesupportedbyapreponderanceoftheevidence.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035311(d)(1990).Toupholdaprobationrevocation,wemustfindthatthetrialjudgehasnotactedarbitrarilyandhasexercisedaconscientiousjudgmentinmakingtherevocationdecision.Statev.Smithson,No.01C019411CC00385,slip.op.at2(Tenn.Crim.App.Apr.20,1995);Stampsv.State,614S.W.2d71,73(Tenn.Crim.App.1980).  Trialjudgesassesswitnesscredibilityatprobationrevocationhearings.Statev.Delp,614S.W.2d395,398(Tenn.Crim.App.1980).Ajudgesfindingscarrytheweightofjuryverdicts.Id.Toshowabuseofdiscretion,theappellantmustdemonstratethattherecordisdevoidofevidencesupportingthejudgesfindingsofaviolationofaprobationcondition.Id.
