OnFebruary9,1994,thedefendantpleadedguiltytotwofelonydrugoffenses.OnMay6,1997,thetrialcourtsentencedhimtotwoyearsprobationforeachoffense,withthesentencestorunconcurrently.Shortlythereafter,thedefendantadmittedtonumerousviolationsofhisprobation.Thetrialcourtrevokedhisprobationandorderedthatheservetheremainderofhissentenceinjail.Nevertheless,thedefendantwasreleasedfromjailandreturnedtoprobationonApril17,1998. Followinghisrelease,thedefendantrequestedthathisprobationbetransferredtoFlorida,andhemovedthere.Approximatelysixweekslater,thedefendantrequestedthathebetransferredbacktoTennessee.ThedefendantfailedtoreporttohisprobationofficerasscheduleduponreturningtoTennesseeandfailedtoattendtwosubsequentmeetings.Asaresult,aprobationviolationwarrantwasfiledonJune17,1998.Followingahearing,thetrialcourtfoundthatthedefendanthadviolatedthetermsofhisprobationbynotreportingandorderedthatthedefendantservetheremainderofhissentencesintheTennesseeDepartmentofCorrection. Thedefendantadmitsviolatingthetermsofhisprobation.However,duetocarproblemsandothercircumstances,hearguesthathedidthebestthathecould. Thedecisionwhethertorevokeadefendantsprobationisvestedinthediscretionofthetrialcourt.SeeStatev.Leach,914S.W.2d104,106(Tenn. :28 Crim.App.1995).ThisCourtwillnotdisturbatrialcourtsjudgmentrelativetoprobationrevocationproceedingsabsentanabuseofthatdiscretion.Seeid.  ForthisCourttofindthatthetrialcourtabuseditsdiscretion,itmustbeestablishedthattherecordcontainsnosubstantialevidenceinsupportoftheϜtru8aiu8v8iav8lcourtsconclusion.SeeStatev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(1991).Such H@  isnotthecasehere.
