Inthisappealofright,thedefendantchallengesthesufficiencyoftheevidenceandcomplainsthatthesentencewasimproper.Weaffirmthesentenceandconvictionbutremandforthetrialcourttomodifythejudgmentformtoprovidethecorrectstatutoryreference.  Sometimebetween11:30P.M.onDecember8,1994,and10:00A.M.onthefollowingmorning,aChevroletSilveradopickuptruckownedbyGregoryMcComickwasstolenfromtheparkinglotofhisplaceofemployment.Fourmonthsearlier,thevictimhadacquiredthevehiclefor$26,000.00.McComick,whohaddriventhevehicleonly600milesbeforethetheft,estimatedthevalueofthetrucktobe$23,000.00.  Ataboutmidnight,JamesAlexander,acoworkerofthevictimattheColumbusMcKinnonfactoryinLexington,observedastolenvehiclebeingdrivenoutoftheparkinglot.TonyaAtkinsonhadseenthedefendantandhisgirlfriend,LisaColson,andBraxtonHicksinasilverMonteCarloontheeveningbeforethetheft.AlexanderhadseenasilverMonteCarloparkedonastreetneartheColumbusMcKinnonparkinglotwhenthevictim'struckwasstolen.TheMonteCarlowasdrivenawayoncethestolenvehiclepassedby.Aboutthreehourslater,Ms.ColsonaskedMs.Atkinsonandherfianc"totakehertoParker'sCrossroadstoseeifDavidhadgotawayokay."Threedayslater,LindaAllen,themotherofMs.Colson,receivedatelephonecallfromthedefendant.ThedefendantaskedherifshehadheardanythingandthenadmittedstealingatruckfromafactoryparkinglotinLexington.  Ajuryverdict,approvedbythetrialjudge,accreditsthetestimonyofthewitnessesforthestateandresolvesallconflictsinfavorofthetheoryofthestate.Statev.Hatchett,560S.W.2d627,630(Tenn.1978).Onappeal,thestateisentitledtothestrongestlegitimateviewoftheevidenceandallreasonableorlegitimateinferenceswhichmightbedrawntherefrom.Statev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835(Tenn.1978).Thecredibilityofthewitnesses,theweighttobegiventheirtestimony,andthereconciliationofconflictsintheevidencearemattersentrustedexclusivelytothejuryastriersoffact.Byrgev.State,575S.W.2d292,295(Tenn.Crim.App.1978).Thiscourtmaynotreevaluatetheevidenceorsubstituteitsinferencesforthosedrawnbythetrieroffactfromtheevidence.Farmerv.State,574S.W.2d49,51(Tenn.Crim.App.1978);Statev.Grace,493S.W.2d474,476(Tenn.1973).Aconvictionmayonlybesetasidewhenthereviewingcourtfindsthatthe"evidenceisinsufficienttosupportthefindingbythetrieroffactofguiltbeyondareasonabledoubt."Tenn.R.App.P.13(e).  Apersoncommitsatheftofpropertyif,withintenttodeprivetheownerthereof,heknowinglyobtainsorexercisescontroloverthepropertywithouttheowner'sconsent.Tenn.CodeAnn.3914103.Ifthevalueisinexcessof$10,000butlessthan$60,000,thetheftisaClassCfelony.Tenn.CodeAnn.3914105(4).  Here,thecircumstancesclearlylinkedthedefendanttothecrime.Hisgirlfriend,Ms.Colson,askedMs.Atkinsonto"seeifDavidhadgotaway."Later,thedefendantadmittedtoMs.Colson'smotherthathe"stoleatruckoffaparkinglotatafactorythereinLexington."Thevalueofthestolenvehiclewasestablishedbythevictim.Inourview,thisevidencedemonstratesthatarationaltrieroffactcouldhavefoundtheessentialelementsofthecrimebeyondareasonabledoubt.  Next,thedefendantconcedesthataRangeI,threeyearsentencefortheClassCfelonyistheminimumpossible.Hepointsoutthatifthetrialcourthadnotmergedtheconvictions,athreeyearsentencewouldexceedthestatutorymaximumforvehicularburglary,aClassEfelony.Tenn.CodeAnn.3914402(a)(4).CounselforthedefendantnotesthatthejudgmentformmistakenlyreferstoTenn.CodeAnn.3914402,thevehicularburglarystatute,fortheconvictionoftheftover$10,000.00.
