TheAppellantsappealofthelengthofhissentenceiswaivedforfailuretofileatimelynoticeofappealastothatissue.Tenn.R.App.P.3(e).Wedonotfindthatjusticerequiresustowaivethenoticeofappealfilingrequirement.Tenn.R.App.P.4(a).TheAppellantalsoappealsthetrialjudgesdenialofhispetitionsforamodifiedsentenceandforatransferfromthecountyjailtoarehabilitationcenter.TheseissuesarealsowaivedbecausetheAppellanthasfailedtomakeanargumentinsupportoftheseissues,hascitednoauthorities,andhasfailedtocitetotherecord.Tenn.Crim.App.R.10(b);Tenn.R.App.P.27(a)(7). Finally,theAppellantcomplainsaboutthedenialofhispetitionforpostconvictionrelief.BecausetheAppellantfailedtoraiseanyconstitutionalviolationsinhispetitionoratthepostconvictionhearing,thetrialcourtproperlydismissedthatϜpetition.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4030203.
