I.   Fitearguesthatthetrialcourtimproperlyimposedconsecutivesentencing.Heinitiallyappealedhissentenceclaimingthatitwasexcessiveandimproperlyimposed.Statev.Fite,1990LEXIS327,C.C.A.No.89218III(Tenn.Crim.App.filedApril25,1990,atNashville).Findinghisargumenttobewithoutmerit,thisCourtdeterminedthatpetitionerssentenceswereproperlyorderedtobeservedconsecutively.Id.Accordingly,thisargumenthasbeenpreviouslydeterminedondirectappealandiswithoutmerit.
