Ðbehind€her€holding€a€gun€and€a€white€bag,€who€said,€ð ðbitch,€turn€back€around.ðð€€She€complied,€andÐ <#Œ" Ðhe€then€left.€€She€testified€that€the€man€got€into€a€white€Chevrolet€Camaro€Iroc€Z„28€with€anotherÐ "$r# Ðperson€and€drove€away.€€Brownlee€stated€that€although€it€was€snowing€on€the€day€of€the€robbery€andÐ %X $ Ðsnow€covered€part€of€the€carððs€license€plate,€she€saw€part€of€the€tag€number.€€She€identified€theÐ î%>!% Ðlicense€plate€as€a€Tennessee€tag€containing€the€numbers€667.Ð Ô&$"& ÐÌà  àSergeant€David€Roleson€of€the€Memphis€Police€Department€testified€that€he€was€assignedÐ  (ð#( Ðto€the€Federal€Bureau€of€Investigation€(FBI)€Safe€Streets€Task€Force€on€January€10,€1997.€€He€statedÐ †)Ö$) Ðthat€the€task€force€was€created€to€investigate€bank€robberies€in€Memphis€and€reported€that€he€wasÐ l*¼%* Ðassigned€to€investigate€the€robbery€at€issue€in€this€case.€€During€his€investigation,€Sergeant€RolesonÐ R+¢&+ Ðdiscovered€three€shoe€prints€on€the€bank€counter.€€He€had€a€crime€scene€officer€photograph€the€printsÐ 8,ˆ', Ðand€then€ð ðlift[ed]ðð€the€prints€from€the€counter.€€He€reported€that€the€prints€were€wet€because€of€theÐ ° Ðsnow€outside€on€the€day€of€the€robbery.Ð –æ ÐÌà  àGordon€Neighbours,€the€senior€fraud€investigator€for€Union€Planters€Bank,€stated€that€he€wasÐ b² Ðcalled€to€the€Union€Planters€Bank€on€Lamar€Avenue€on€January€10,€1997.€€He€testified€that€theÐ H˜ Ðmoney€recovered€by€the€bank€from€the€bag€abandoned€by€the€robbers€was€covered€with€red€dye€andÐ . ~ Ðtear€gas.€€Neighbours€also€testified€that€he€put€a€ð ðblockðð€on€Moultonððs€ATM€card,€which€had€beenÐ  d Ðstolen€during€the€robbery,€and€began€to€track€where€the€card€was€being€used.€€He€stated€that€heÐ ú J Ðreviewed€video€surveillance€tapes€from€the€ATM€machines€where€the€card€was€used€after€the€robberyÐ à 0 Ðand€took€photographs€from€the€surveillance€tape€of€the€man€using€the€card.€€The€photographs€wereÐ Æ   Ðintroduced€and€viewed€by€the€jury.Ð ¬ ü  ÐÌà  àEd€Eanes,€an€employee€of€First€American€Bank€at€the€time€of€the€robbery,€testified€that€heÐ xÈ  Ðwas€contacted€by€Neighbours€concerning€ATM€activity€at€his€bank,€one€of€the€locations€whereÐ ^®  ÐMoultonððs€card€was€used€after€the€robbery.€€He€verified€that€he€provided€Neighbours€with€a€video€Ð D”  Ðsurveillance€tape€of€a€transaction€and€the€tape€was€introduced€into€evidence.€€He€also€verified€thatÐ *z  ÐNeighbours€photographed€the€transaction€using€the€surveillance€tape.€€€€Ð ` ÐÌà  àBrian€Grissom,€a€loss€prevention€officer€for€First€Tennessee€Bank,€introduced€records€fromÐ Ü, Ðthe€bankððs€ATM€machines€pertaining€to€the€use€of€Moultonððs€ATM€card€at€a€First€Tennessee€Bank.€Ð  ÐGrissom€verified€that€Moultonððs€ATM€card€was€used€to€access€her€account€at€€two€separate€FirstÐ ¨ø ÐTennessee€Bank€ATM€machines€on€January€10,€1997.€€During€the€second€transaction,€whichÐ ŽÞ Ðoccurred€at€2:32€p.m.,€the€card€was€confiscated.€€Grissom€introduced€video€surveillance€tapes€andÐ tÄ Ðphotographs€taken€of€these€transactions.Ð Zª ÐÌà  àSergeant€Roleson€testified€that€he€used€the€ATM€photographs€to€target€the€Defendant€as€aÐ &v Ðsuspect€for€the€crime.€€On€cross„examination,€he€reported€that€he€saw€a€woman€in€some€of€the€ATMÐ  \ Ðphotographs,€whom€he€identified€as€Joy€Rickman,€one€of€the€Defendantððs€roommates.€€He€stated€thatÐ òB Ðhe€knew€of€three€people€living€with€the€Defendant€in€a€duplex€at€the€time€of€the€crime.€€Ð Ø( Ðà  àÌà  àGladys€Marie€Dawson,€the€Defendantððs€aunt,€identified€the€Defendant€as€the€person€capturedÐ ¤ô Ðon€film€by€the€ATM€surveillance€cameras.€€She€testified€that€at€the€time€of€the€crime,€the€DefendantÐ Š Ú Ðwas€living€with€his€girlfriend,€Jackie€Brown,€Brownððs€mother,€Brown's€aunt,€and€ð ða€lot€.€.€.€moreÐ p!À  Ðpeopleðð€at€their€home€on€Kimball.€€She€stated€that€he€also€frequented€a€duplex€on€Eastport€CoveÐ V"¦! Ðwhere€his€sister,€Tiffany€Dawson,€lived.€€She€reported€that€in€addition€to€the€Defendant€and€his€sister,Ð <#Œ" Ða€man€named€Carl€Rickman,€his€sister,€Joy€Rickman,€and€often€others€as€well€lived€in€the€duplex.Ð "$r# ÐÌà  àSergeant€Chad€Golden€of€the€Memphis€Police€Department€testified€that€he€was€involved€inÐ î%>!% Ðthe€Defendantððs€arrest.€€He€stated€that€at€the€time€of€his€arrest,€the€Defendant€was€wearing€a€NikeÐ Ô&$"& Ðbaseball€cap€with€a€ð ðwhite€swoosh€emblem€or€logo€on€itðð€and€a€pair€of€gloves€with€a€red€dye€stainÐ º' #' Ðon€the€palm€of€one€glove.€€Golden€reported€that€police€also€searched€the€home€where€the€DefendantÐ  (ð#( Ðwas€reportedly€living€with€his€girlfriend€at€the€time€of€his€arrest.€€From€the€home,€officers€recoveredÐ †)Ö$) Ða€gold€necklace€with€a€ð ðNike€swooshðð€medallion,€which€appeared€to€be€identical€to€the€necklaceÐ l*¼%* Ðworn€by€the€suspect€in€the€surveillance€videos€obtained€from€bank€ATM€machines.€€Ð R+¢&+ ÐÐ 8,ˆ', Ðà  àGolden€also€reported€that€on€January€1,€1997,€he€discovered€a€stolen,€white€ChevroletÐ ° ÐCamaro€Iroc€Z„28€parked€in€an€apartment€complex€parking€lot.€€He€stated€that€the€car€matched€theÐ –æ Ðdescription€of€the€vehicle€used€in€the€robbery.€€Golden€testified€that€the€car€was€parked€adjacent€toÐ |Ì Ða€concrete€drainage€ditch€running€behind€the€apartment€complex€and€reported€that€there€wereÐ b² Ðfootprints€in€the€snow€leading€from€the€car€to€the€drainage€ditch.€€Golden€stated€that€the€footprintsÐ H˜ Ðled€in€the€direction€of€the€duplex€on€Eastport€Cove€where€the€Defendant€often€stayed,€which€wasÐ . ~ Ðlocated€a€couple€of€blocks€west,€ð ðdown€the€drainage€ditch,ðð€of€where€the€car€was€parked.Ð  d ÐÌà  àJoseph€N.€Rinehart€of€the€FBI,€assigned€to€the€Memphis€Safe€Streets€Task€Force,€testifiedÐ à 0 Ðthat€he€obtained€consents€to€search€both€of€the€Defendantððs€residences,€the€Eastport€Cove€duplex€andÐ Æ   Ðthe€house€that€the€Defendant€shared€with€his€girlfriend€and€her€family.€€Sergeant€Mike€Kitsmiller€ofÐ ¬ ü  Ðthe€Memphis€Police€Department,€also€assigned€to€the€Safe€Streets€Task€Force,€testified€that€heÐ ’â  Ðsearched€the€Defendantððs€Eastport€Cove€duplex.€€He€reported€that€officers€recovered€from€theÐ xÈ  Ðapartment€a€pair€of€shoes,€a€jacket€with€a€ð ðNike€swooshðð€emblem€on€the€back,€and€a€ski€mask.€Ð ^®  ÐKitsmiller€testified€that€the€jacket€appeared€to€be€the€same€jacket€worn€by€the€suspect€in€theÐ D”  Ðsurveillance€videos€from€the€ATM€machines.€€In€addition,€Kitsmiller€searched€the€Defendantððs€homeÐ *z  Ðon€Kimball,€from€which€officers€recovered€a€baseball€cap,€a€flannel€shirt,€a€gold€Nike€medallionÐ ` Ðnecklace,€and€a€pistol€like€the€one€carried€by€one€of€the€bank€robbers€during€the€robbery.€Ð öF ÐPhotographs€that€were€introduced€at€trial€revealed€that€one€of€the€robbers€wore€a€flannel€shirt€duringÐ Ü, Ðthe€crime.€€€€€€€€€Ð  ÐÌà  àSpecial€Agent€Linda€Littlejohn€of€the€Tennessee€Bureau€of€Investigation€Crime€LaboratoryÐ ŽÞ Ðtestified€that€she€was€a€forensic€scientist€specializing€in€shoe€print€comparison,€fiber€comparisons,Ð tÄ Ðand€physical€comparison.€€She€compared€the€three€shoe€prints€lifted€from€the€bank€counter€to€the€pairÐ Zª Ðof€shoes€recovered€from€the€Defendantððs€duplex€and€concluded€that€the€right€shoe€made€one€printÐ @ Ðð ðto€the€exclusion€of€all€others.ðð€€Special€Agent€Littlejohn€explained€that€by€this,€she€meant€ð ðthat€thisÐ &v Ðshoe€and€only€this€shoe€could€ha[ve]€made€[the]€print€based€on€the€individual€characteristic[s]€.€.€.Ð  \ Ðfound€in€the€print€corresponding€to€the€individual€characteristic[s]€on€.€.€.€[the]€right€shoe.ðð€€She€alsoÐ òB Ðtestified€that€the€second€print€was€consistent€with€the€left€shoe.€€She€explained€that€the€lack€ofÐ Ø( Ðindividual€characteristics€in€the€print€precluded€her€from€concluding€with€complete€certainty€that€theÐ ¾ Ðleft€shoe€made€the€print;€however,€she€maintained€that€either€the€left€shoe€or€ð ðanother€shoe€exactlyÐ ¤ô Ðlike€itðð€made€the€print.€€Finally,€Littlejohn€testified€that€the€third€print€was€consistent€with€the€size,Ð Š Ú Ðshape,€and€tread€design€of€the€right€shoe,€but€again€she€stated€that€based€on€the€lack€of€individualÐ p!À  Ðcharacteristics€in€the€print,€she€could€not€determinatively€say€that€the€shoe€made€the€print.Ð V"¦! ÐÌà  àSpecial€Agent€John€Canale€of€the€FBI€testified€that€he€worked€as€a€member€of€the€SafeÐ "$r# ÐStreets€Task€Force€in€Memphis€at€the€time€of€the€robbery.€€He€stated€that€he€interviewed€theÐ %X $ ÐDefendant€on€two€occasions,€January€16€and€17,€1997.€€He€reported€that€during€the€first€interview,Ð î%>!% Ðthe€Defendant€told€officers€that€he€lived€at€both€his€girlfriendððs€house€and€the€duplex€located€onÐ Ô&$"& ÐEastport€Cove.€€During€the€second€interview,€the€Defendant€admitted€that€he€was€the€person€capturedÐ º' #' Ðon€film€by€the€surveillance€cameras€at€the€ATM€machines.€€He€also€admitted€that€he€had€usedÐ  (ð#( ÐMoultonððs€ATM€card.€€However,€he€claimed€to€have€obtained€the€card€from€his€mother,€whom€heÐ †)Ö$) Ðsaid€obtained€it€from€her€boyfriend.Ð l*¼%* Ðâ âÐ R+¢&+ Ðà  àJames€Jones,€the€head€of€maintenance€for€the€Cottonwood€Apartments€in€Memphis,€testifiedÐ ° Ðâ âthat€he€recovered€a€ð ðlarge€amount€of€purses,€assorted€papers,€credit€cards,€billfolds€and€[a]€handgun,ððÐ –æ Ðwhich€was€loaded€with€three€live€rounds,€from€a€dumpster€at€the€apartment€complex.€€He€reportedÐ |Ì Ðthe€discovery€to€police,€and€Officer€J.R.€Hester€of€the€Memphis€Police€Department€responded€to€theÐ b² Ðcall.€€Hester€testified€that€among€the€items€he€found€Marpu€Moultonððs€checkbook,€her€SocialÐ H˜ ÐSecurity€card,€her€ð ðDiscoveryðð€checkbook,€and€other€assorted€papers€and€receipts€belonging€toÐ . ~ ÐMoulton.€€Hester€also€testified€concerning€the€distances€between€certain€locations€within€his€precinctÐ  d Ðwhich€were€pertinent€to€the€investigation€of€this€case:€He€stated€that€the€Union€Planters€Bank€whereÐ ú J Ðthe€robbery€occurred€was€1.9€miles€from€the€Defendantððs€Eastport€Cove€address€and€that€two€of€theÐ à 0 ÐATMððs€from€which€the€suspect€withdrew€money€using€Moultonððs€ATM€card€were€within€two€andÐ Æ   Ða€half€miles€of€the€Defendantððs€Eastport€Cove€address.Ð ¬ ü  ÐÌà  àFinally,€Thomas€Bailey,€who€owned€a€gun€shop€at€the€time€of€the€robbery,€testified€that€onÐ xÈ  Ðthe€evening€of€December€20,€1996,€his€shop€was€broken€into,€and€several€guns€were€stolen.€€One€ofÐ ^®  Ðthe€stolen€guns€was€the€loaded€pistol€found€in€the€dumpster€at€the€Cottonwood€Apartments.€€AnotherÐ D”  Ðof€his€stolen€guns€was€the€pistol€recovered€by€police€from€the€Defendantððs€Kimball€addressÐ *z  Ðfollowing€the€robbery.Ð ` ÐÌÓ  ÓI.€€SUFFICIENCY€OF€THE€EVIDENCEÐ Ü, ÐÌÓ~LÓà  àThe€Defendant€first€contends€that€evidence€of€his€identity€as€the€culprit€is€insufficient€toÐ ¨ø Ðsupport€the€verdict€beyond€a€reasonable€doubt.€€€He€argues€that€no€one€present€during€the€robberyÐ ŽÞ Ðcould€identify€either€of€the€two€robbers,€that€no€witness€recognized€the€pistol€used€during€theÐ tÄ Ðrobbery,€that€no€evidence€or€testimony€connected€the€Defendant€with€the€ð ðgetawayðð€car,€and€thatÐ Zª Ðmany€items€€of€evidence€introduced€at€trial€were€recovered€by€police€at€residences€which€theÐ @ ÐDefendant€shared€with€numerous€other€people.Ð &v ÐÌà  àTennessee€Rule€of€Appellate€Procedure€13(e)€prescribes€that€ð ð[f]indings€of€guilt€in€criminalÐ òB Ðactions€whether€by€the€trial€court€or€jury€shall€be€set€aside€if€the€evidence€is€insufficient€to€supportÐ Ø( Ðthe€findings€by€the€trier€of€fact€of€guilt€beyond€a€reasonable€doubt.ðð€€Tenn.€R.€App.€P.€13(e).€€InÐ ¾ Ðaddition,€because€conviction€by€a€trier€of€fact€destroys€the€presumption€of€innocence€and€imposesÐ ¤ô Ða€presumption€of€guilt,€a€convicted€criminal€defendant€bears€the€burden€of€showing€that€the€evidenceÐ Š Ú Ðwas€insufficient.€€òòMcBee€v.€Stateóó,€372€S.W.2d€173,€176€(Tenn.€1963);€òòsee€alsoóó€òòState€v.€Evansóó,€838Ð p!À  ÐS.W.2d€185,€191€(Tenn.€1992)€(citing€òòState€v.€Graceóó,€493€S.W.2d€474,€476€(Tenn.€1976),€and€òòStateÐ V"¦! Ðv.€Brownóó,€551€S.W.2d€329,€331€(Tenn.€1977));€òòState€v.€Tuggleóó,€639€S.W.2d€913,€914€(Tenn.€1982);Ð <#Œ" ÐòòHolt€v.€Stateóó,€357€S.W.2d€57,€61€(Tenn.€1962).Ð "$r# ÐÌà  àIn€its€review€of€the€evidence,€an€appellate€court€must€afford€the€State€ð ðthe€strongestÐ î%>!% Ðlegitimate€view€of€the€evidence€as€well€as€all€reasonable€and€legitimate€inferences€that€may€be€drawnÐ Ô&$"& Ðtherefrom.ðð€€òòTuggleóó,€639€S.W.2d€at€914€(citing€òòState€v.€Cabbageóó,€571€S.W.2d€832,€835€(Tenn.Ð º' #' Ð1978)).€€The€court€may€not€ð ðre„weigh€or€re„evaluate€the€evidenceðð€in€the€record€below.€€òòEvansóó,€838Ð  (ð#( ÐS.W.2d€at€191€(citing€òòCabbageóó,€571€S.W.2d€at€836).€€Likewise,€should€the€reviewing€court€findÐ †)Ö$) Ðparticular€conflicts€in€the€trial€testimony,€the€court€must€resolve€them€in€favor€of€the€jury€verdict€orÐ l*¼%* Ðâ âtrial€court€judgment.€€òòTuggleóó,€639€S.W.2d€at€914.€€Furthermore,ð ð[t]he€question€of€appellant's€identityÐ R+¢&+ Ðas€the€person€who€committed€the€offense€[is]€for€the€jury's€determination,€upon€consideration€of€allÐ ° Ðthe€competent€proof.ðð€€òòState€v.€Shelleyóó,€628€S.W.2d€436,€438€(Tenn.€Crim.€App.€1981).Ð –æ Ðâ âÌà  àIn€this€case,€despite€the€lack€of€eyewitness€identification€of€the€Defendant€as€the€perpetratorÐ b² Ðof€the€crime,€the€State€presented€a€great€deal€of€evidence€linking€the€Defendant€to€the€robbery.€€NotÐ H˜ Ðonly€was€the€Defendant€captured€on€film€using€Moultonððs€stolen€ATM€card,€but€he€admitted€toÐ . ~ Ðpolice€that€he€used€the€card€following€the€robbery.€€In€addition,€police€found€the€ð ðgetawayðð€car,Ð  d Ðwhich€was€identified€by€an€eyewitness€to€the€crime,€in€a€parking€lot€near€one€of€the€DefendantððsÐ ú J Ðresidences,€and€police€found€footprints€leading€from€the€car€toward€the€Defendantððs€home.€€FromÐ à 0 Ðthe€Defendantððs€two€residences,€police€recovered€a€pair€of€gloves,€one€of€which€was€stained€with€redÐ Æ   Ðdye€like€that€used€in€the€bankððs€ð ðdye€packsðð;€a€necklace€which€appeared€to€be€the€same€necklaceÐ ¬ ü  Ðworn€by€the€suspect€who€used€the€stolen€ATM€card€after€the€robbery;€a€baseball€cap€like€that€wornÐ ’â  Ðby€the€suspect;€a€flannel€shirt€like€that€worn€by€one€of€the€masked€robbers,€who€were€photographedÐ xÈ  Ðby€bank€surveillance€cameras€during€the€robbery;€a€jacket€like€that€worn€by€one€of€the€robbers;€andÐ ^®  Ða€pair€of€shoes€that€matched€prints€lifted€from€the€bank€counter.€€In€addition,€two€stolen€pistols€wereÐ D”  Ðfound€which€had€been€taken€from€the€same€gun€shop€on€the€same€night;€police€recovered€one€pistolÐ *z  Ðfrom€the€Defendantððs€home€and€the€other€pistol€from€a€dumpster€where€Moultonððs€stolen€purse€andÐ ` Ðother€stolen€items€were€found.€€We€conclude€that€this€is€sufficient€evidence€from€which€the€juryÐ öF Ðcould€have€adduced€the€Defendantððs€guilt€beyond€a€reasonable€doubt.€€This€issue€is€without€merit.Ð Ü, ÐÌÓ  ÓII.€€SENTENCINGÐ ¨ø ÐÌÓ—_Óà  àThe€Defendant€next€argues€that€the€trial€court€improperly€imposed€consecutive€sentences€inÐ tÄ Ðthis€case.€€He€contends€that€the€imposition€of€consecutive€sentences€does€not€reasonably€relate€to€theÐ Zª Ðseverity€of€the€offenses€in€this€case€or€to€the€necessity€of€protecting€the€public.€€We€disagree.Ð @ ÐÌà  àWhen€an€accused€challenges€the€length,€range,€or€manner€of€service€of€a€sentence,€this€CourtÐ  \ Ðhas€a€duty€to€conduct€a€òòdeóó€òònovoóó€review€of€the€sentence€with€a€presumption€that€the€determinationsÐ òB Ðmade€by€the€trial€court€are€correct.€€Tenn.€Code€Ann.€ðð€40„35„401(d).€€This€presumption€isÐ Ø( Ðð ðconditioned€upon€the€affirmative€showing€in€the€record€that€the€trial€court€considered€the€sentencingÐ ¾ Ðprinciples€and€all€relevant€facts€and€circumstances.ðð€€òòState€v.€Ashbyóó,€823€S.W.2d€166,€169€(Tenn.Ð ¤ô Ð1991).Ð Š Ú ÐÌà  àWhen€conducting€a€òòdeóó€òònovoóó€review€of€a€sentence,€this€Court€must€consider:€(a)€the€evidence,Ð V"¦! àWe€first€note€that€because€the€trial€judge€in€this€case€thoroughly€considered€all€relevant€facts,€Ð @ Ðcircumstances,€and€sentencing€principles,€our€review€is€òòdeóó€òònovoóó€with€a€presumption€of€correctness.€Ð &v ÐIn€sentencing€the€Defendant,€the€trial€judge€noted€that€the€Defendant€had€previously€received€€ð ðinÐ  \ Ðexcess€of€six€Class€E€or€above€felony€convictionsðð׃×Ý ƒ #ÃÝòòÚ  Ú1Ú  ÚóóÝ  Ý×  ×€and€therefore€determined€that€the€Defendant€wasÐ òB Ða€career€offender.€€òòSeeóó€Tenn.€Code€Ann.€ðð€40„35„108(a),€(b)(3).€€The€trial€judge€also€determined€thatÐ Ø( Ðthe€Defendant€had€ð ðan€extensive€history€of€criminal€behavior€and€criminal€convictions,€in€additionÐ ¾ Ðto€those€necessary€to€make€him€a€career€offender.ðð€€Moreover,€the€trial€court€noted€that€theÐ ¤ô ÐDefendant€was€on€parole€at€the€time€of€the€present€offenses.€€The€trial€court€further€determined€thatÐ Š Ú Ðthe€Defendant€was€a€dangerous€offender,€stating,€Ð p!À  ÐÌà8  àthe€[D]efendant€had€no€hesitation€about€committing€a€crime€when€the€risk€to€humanÐ <#Œ" Ðlife€was€high.€€I€think,€normally,€that€in€an€aggravated€robbery,€that€would€be€€.€.€.Ð "$r# Ðpart€of€the€elements€of€the€crime€of€aggravated€robbery.€€However,€in€this€case,€.€.€.Ð %X $ Ðthe€bank€was€full€of€customers€.€.€.€and€the€individual€identified€as€Mr.€Gamble€.€.€.Ð î%>!% Ðleaped€upon€the€counter€brandishing€a€gun,€leaped€over€the€counter€back€behind€theÐ Ô&$"& Ðtellersðð€cages,€and€people€were€forced€to€the€ground.€.€.€.€There€was€also€testimonyÐ ° Ðthat€there€were€other€individuals,€customers€in€the€bank,€including€a€lady€who€hadÐ –æ Ðher€children€with€her€during€the€time€all€this€was€occurring.€Ð|ÌÐ Ð  Ðà8  à.€.€.Ðb²Ð Ð  Ðà8  àAnd€couple€that€with€the€fact€that€[the€Defendant]€has€numerous€prior€convictions€forÐ H˜ Ðaggravated€robbery€ð!ð€heððs€on€parole€for€aggravated€robbery€when€he€commits€thisÐ . ~ Ðoffense€ð!ð€indicates€to€me€that€he€has€no€fear.€€He€has€no€concept€or€apprehensionÐ  d Ðabout€being€caught,€about€committing€a€crime€where€he€arms€himself€with€a€pistol,Ð ú J Ðand€robs€people.€€Now,€on€at€least€seven€or€eight€occasions,€he€has€armed€himselfÐ à 0 Ðwith€a€pistol€to€rob€people.€€This€Court€finds€he€is€a€dangerous€offender.ÐÆ  Ð Ð  ЀÌFinally,€the€trial€judge€determined€that€Ð ’â  ÐÌà8  àconfinement€for€an€extended€period€of€time€is€necessary€to€protect€society.€€ThisÐ ^®  ÐCourt€is€satisfied€that€Mr.€Gamble€cannot€live€on€the€streets€of€free€society€withoutÐ D”  Ðcommitting€violent€offenses,€as€is€indicated€by€his€record.€€Itððs€obvious€thatÐ *z  Ðconfinement,€once€before€for€aggravated€robbery€for€a€short€period€of€time,€in€thisÐ ` ÐCourtððs€mind€didnððt€work,€and€society€needs€to€be€protected€from€Mr.€Gamble.ÐöFÐ Ð  ÐÌà8  àà ` àAnd€.€.€.€that€the€aggregate€length€of€the€sentences,€if€consecutive€sentencingÐ Â Ðis€ordered,€reasonably€relates€to€the€severity€of€the€offenses€for€which€theÐ ¨ø Ð[D]efendant€stands€convicted.€€This€Court€feels€that€.€.€.€the€blazon€nature€of€a€bankÐ ŽÞ Ðrobbery,€the€fact€that€the€numerous€individuals€who€were€present€in€the€bank€whoseÐ tÄ Ðlives€were€put€in€jeopardy€and€at€risk€indicates€that€Mr.€Gamble€needs€to€beÐ Zª Ðincarcerated€for€a€long€period€of€time.€€Ð@Ð Ð  ÐÌà  àWe€must€agree€with€the€findings€of€the€trial€court.€€The€Defendantððs€presentence€reportÐ  \ Ðreveals€a€lengthy€prior€record€which€is€especially€lengthy€considering€that€the€Defendant€was€twenty„Ð òB Ðfive€years€old€at€the€time€of€sentencing.€€His€record,€which€dates€back€to€1986€when€the€DefendantÐ Ø( Ðwas€twelve€years€old,€includes€five€convictions€for€aggravated€robbery€as€well€as€five€other€felonyÐ ¾ Ðconvictions€as€an€adult,€at€least€three€ð ðfelonyðð€adjudications€as€a€juvenile,€and€other€convictions€andÐ ¤ô Ðjuvenile€adjudications.€€As€the€State€points€out,€his€record€shows€ð ða€continuous€criminal€history.ðð€Ð Š Ú ÐMoreover,€by€his€own€admission,€the€Defendant€was€on€parole€for€armed€robbery€at€the€time€heÐ p!À  Ðcommitted€his€present€offenses.€€We€therefore€conclude€that€imposition€of€consecutive€sentences€isÐ V"¦! Ðmore€than€adequately€supported€by€the€record€in€this€case.Ð <#Œ" ÐÌà  àAccordingly,€the€judgment€of€the€trial€court€is€affirmed€in€all€respects.€€€€€€Ð %X $ Ѐ€€
