Theappellant,theattorneywhorepresentedtheappellant,andtheinvestigatorwhoinvestigatedthefactssurroundingthecircumstancesoftheoffensesallegedintheindictmenttestifiedattheevidentiaryhearing.Thetestimonyoftheappellantandthetestimonyoftheotherwitnessesconflictedregardingcertainessentialelementsthattheappellantwasrequiredtoestablishtosupportthereliefsoughtinhispetition.Thetrialcourtaccreditedthetestimonyofcounselandtheinvestigator.Theevidencecontainedintherecorddoesnotpreponderateagainstthisfinding.
