Ðð ð[a]ccomplished€with€a€deadly€weapon€or€by€display€of€any€article€used€or€fashionedÐ à7€.0 Ðto€lead€the€victim€to€reasonably€believe€it€to€be€a€deadly€weapon.ðð€€Tenn.€Code€Ann.Ð Ð9p02 Ððð€39„13„402(a)(1)€(1997).€€In€addition,€ð ð[a]€person€is€criminally€responsible€for€anÐ `  Ðoffense€committed€by€the€conduct€of€another€if€.€.€.€[a]cting€with€intent€to€promote€orÐ P ð Ðassist€the€commission€of€the€offense,€or€to€benefit€in€the€proceeds€or€results€of€theÐ @ à Ðoffense,€the€person€solicits,€directs,€aids,€or€attempts€to€aid€another€person€toÐ 0Ð Ðcommit€the€offense.ðð€€Tenn.€Code€Ann.€ðð€39„11„402(2)€(1997).€€Under€TennesseeÐ  À Ðlaw,€ð ð[a]€person€commits€assault€who:€.€.€.€[i]ntentionally€or€knowingly€causes€anotherÐ °  Ðto€reasonably€fear€imminent€bodily€injury.ðð€€Tenn.€Code€Ann.€ðð€39„13„101(a)(2)Ð    Ð(1997).€€A€person€commits€aggravated€assault€when€the€person€intentionally€orÐ ð  Ðknowingly€commits€an€assault€by€using€or€displaying€a€deadly€weapon.€€Tenn.€CodeÐ à€ ÐAnn.€ðð€39„13„102(a)(1)(B)€(1997).€€In€addition,€ð ð[a]€person€is€criminally€responsibleÐ Ðp Ðfor€the€facilitation€of€a€felony€if,€knowing€that€another€intends€to€commit€a€specificÐ À` Ðfelony,€.€.€.€the€person€knowingly€furnishes€substantial€assistance€in€the€commissionÐ °P Ðof€the€felony.ðð€€Tenn.€Code€Ann.€ðð€39„11„403(a)€(1997).€€Ð   @ ÐÌà ` àIn€this€case,€there€is€no€dispute€that€the€State€established€that€EmbreyÐ €$  Ðcommitted€the€offense€of€aggravated€robbery€by€taking€money€from€Gaston€whileÐ p& Ðpointing€a€gun€at€her€and€that€Embrey€committed€the€offense€of€aggravated€assaultÐ `(  Ðby€pointing€a€gun€at€Horton€and€putting€him€in€fear€for€his€safety.€€Essentially,€theÐ P*ð " Ðonly€dispute€is€whether€the€evidence€was€sufficient€to€establish€beyond€a€reasonableÐ @,à"$ Ðdoubt€that€Appellant€was€guilty€of€aggravated€robbery€because€he€was€criminallyÐ 0.Ð$& Ðresponsible€for€the€aggravated€robbery€committed€by€Embrey€and€that€Appellant€wasÐ  0À&( Ðguilty€of€the€facilitation€of€the€aggravated€assault€committed€by€Embrey.Ð 2°(* ÐÌà ` àAppellant€argues€that€the€evidence€was€insufficient€to€support€his€convictionsÐ ð5,. Ðbecause€the€State€failed€to€establish€that€he€knew€that€Embrey€was€planning€to€robÐ à7€.0 Ðthe€pharmacy€or€commit€an€assault€when€he€drove€Embrey€to€that€location.€Ð Ð9p02 ÐHowever,€we€conclude€that€when€the€evidence€is€viewed€in€the€light€most€favorableÐ `  Ðto€the€State,€the€evidence€was€sufficient€for€a€rational€jury€to€find€beyond€aÐ P ð Ðreasonable€doubt€that€Appellant€was€guilty€of€aggravated€robbery€and€facilitation€ofÐ @ à Ðaggravated€assault.€€Ð 0Ð ÐÌà ` àFirst,€we€conclude€that€when€the€evidence€is€viewed€in€the€light€most€favorableÐ °  Ðto€the€State,€the€evidence€clearly€established€that€Appellant€aided€EmbreyððsÐ    Ðcommission€of€the€aggravated€robbery€and€provided€substantial€assistance€in€theÐ ð  Ðcommission€of€the€aggravated€assault.€€It€is€undisputed€that€Appellant€drove€EmbreyÐ à€ Ðto€the€pharmacy€where€Embrey€committed€these€offenses€and€then€provided€aÐ Ðp Ðmeans€for€Embrey€to€escape€by€picking€him€up€in€the€church€parking€lot€and€drivingÐ À` Ðhim€home.Ð °P ÐÌà ` àSecond,€we€conclude€that€when€the€evidence€is€viewed€in€the€light€mostÐ "0 Ðfavorable€to€the€State,€the€evidence€was€sufficient€for€a€rational€jury€to€find€beyondÐ €$  Ða€reasonable€doubt€that€Appellant€knew€that€Embrey€was€planning€to€commit€theÐ p& Ðaggravated€robbery€and€aggravated€assault.€€We€also€conclude€that€the€evidenceÐ `(  Ðwas€sufficient€for€a€rational€jury€to€find€beyond€a€reasonable€doubt€that€AppellantÐ P*ð " Ðacted€with€intent€to€promote€the€commission€of€the€aggravated€robbery€or€share€inÐ @,à"$ Ðthe€proceeds€and€knowingly€furnished€substantial€assistance€in€the€commission€ofÐ 0.Ð$& Ðthe€aggravated€assault.€€The€evidence€showed€that€Appellant€drove€Embrey€to€theÐ  0À&( Ðpharmacy€and€then€Appellant€and€Embrey€waited€in€the€parking€lot€for€at€least€fifteenÐ 2°(* Ðminutes€while€Haas€entered€and€subsequently€left€the€pharmacy.€€The€evidence€alsoÐ 4 *, Ðshowed€that€when€Embrey€entered€the€pharmacy,€Appellant€drove€to€the€churchÐ ð5,.
